Communication was horrible
The water in our room worked a total of three times for about 10 minutes and it would cut off both sink and shower in the upstairs bedroom. I told them about this problem our 1st night and nothing was done. They kept telling me to email them a video which I have but they were sending me a blink email. It also said there was a king bed and there was not. And the light did not work in our room either. We booked here for Mother’s Day with a large family group thinking it would be perfect bc it included a grill, which also did not work and I was told to rent one! I got absolutely no help with anything our entire stay which was a week long! It’s a pretty house but nothing works right! Never again! Our water should have been addressed that 1st night especially for the amount on of money we paid! I still have not heard back from a manager or figured out who I can send the videos of the water not working! I’ll be contacting vrbo directly
