Todo bien, Ubicación perfecta, lo único mal es que se paga una tarifa de limpieza y te obligan a dejar la casa tal cual nos la entregan, hay partes de la casa que si ya están muy deteriorada como la sala de juegos, la puerta del mosquitero que da de la alberca a la sala, en el baño de uno de los cuartos grandes encontramos bulas de cabello, eso da a entender que la limpieza no la hacen bien, también el piso de la alberca se encuentra ya cuarteado y en unos lugares raspa

Very nice place!

Quiet neighborhood that had plenty of pool, shower and hand towels, as well as washcloths for our group of 6. Plenty of books to read ("The Holiday" was great and fitting for the week). All the amenities you could want to cook your own meals and a great view out back with birds, turtles and alligators to watch throughout the day. We brought extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels and toiletries knowing that only a small amount is supplied for our week stay. We did pay for pool heat which was great in the spa after a long day at the parks or for chilly nights. Overall great experience for our family! Would recommend to anyone.

Convenient area for our stay with nice amenities. A few small things do need fixed and the back door alarms malfunctioned several times but overall a nice stay. It would be nice if the property managers left cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Roach infestation

Upon entering we noticed a small roach on the wall. The management was contacted and came out and sprayed the next day. When I informed him that we saw roaches he said they were flying bugs from outside. Though out the evening the next day management was contacted again about the problem. He kept denying that there were roaches. My family and I took pictures and videos of the bugs. He claimed he couldn't see it in the picture. The infestation was so bad my family could not sleep the last day and left at daylight. My family stayed 4 days and talked to management company 3 of those days about the problem. There were other problems such as filthy living room and kitchen furniture. The dishwasher did not work. This villa was just surfaced cleaned. On the positive side the back where the pool was is beautiful. Which is where we spent 80% of our time. We saw more bugs in the house than outside. I would not recommend this villa to anyone because management was not cooperative when we trying to rectify the problem. We couldn't move to another house so we bought bug spray to try to deal with the problem on our own. Please do not take the risk of taking home any unwanted pest. DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA!!!

We had a great time! The neighborhood was quiet and the house is beautiful. The only “disappointment” was the grill was not there & we did not know how to heat the pool. But overall we loved it and would go back!

Didn’t want to leave

My family and I loved staying at this home! From the moment we arrived, all I could set our eyes on was the beautiful backyard! We spent everyday in the spa and pool enjoying the view of the wildlife. There is a alligator in the pond we loved watching every morning. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to all the attractions. I loved how the home is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. The king beds in both of the masters are so comfortable. if If you have a infant and need to use a crib, they do offer a pack n play. But, my only recommendation to management would be to wash the pack n plays or get new ones. The ones they offer were so filthy and smelly, I could not put my baby in it. I went and bought my own at the Walmart that’s only five minutes away. Other then that I would definitely stay at this home again, and can’t wait to be sitting in that backyard again!!

Great place

I like to leave detailed reviews to help the next person. I stayed at this house with husband, 15y/o daughter & her friend. It’s just 6 miles to Disney. Close to Publix, Aldi, gift shops, gas stations, LQ stores, and plenty of restaurants, H20 water park, gator land(15mins). Check in was seamless. House was clean for the most part. kitchen Has an abundance…and everything you’ll need. Utensils, Wine/beer opener, spatulas, spoons, sheet pans, casserole dishes, coffee mugs, pitchers, plates, bowls, tongs, plastic cups, plastic wine cups for poolside, cutting boards, coolers, 2 coffee makers, blender, dishwasher, ice packs among many other things. Freezer has ice maker. Bed was firm and super comfy. Plenty of pillows. Sheets were soft. Plenty of extra comforters, bed sheets, towels, wash cloths provided. AC is recommended to stay b/t 75-78 degrees but not locked. Paid for pool heat as nights were a little chilly. Spa and pool were clean and hot and used anytime we were home. Even hurricane Nicole didn’t stop us from getting in hot tub with umbrellas(until we heard thunder). Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed house. I have no complaints just a few suggestions and things to point out. Vertical blind panels were missing in a lot of rooms which made my daughter uncomfortable thinking someone could see in while dressing or showering. Headboard in back bedroom on right side of house was broken. No one used that bedroom so it didn’t bother our stay. Toilet seat in back bedroom on left side was broken so be careful sitting down. Game-room could use some cleaning, rearranging, and updating! Ping pong table broken but still usable(paddles & balls provided), no darts for dart board. Very minor things that absolutely did not effect our stay. Just remember Florida law doesn’t allow rentals to provide things like water, salt&pepper, condiments etc. They provide 1 roll of TP for each room then you provide the rest. I brought my own trash bags and dishwasher tabs but they also provide you with 1 of those too. If you read the listing it tells you what they provide so no surprises there. Listing is exactly like pics. You won’t be disappointed. Also just remember it’s a rental….if something is broken or not working they can’t possibly know about everything unless you say something. Enjoy your stay everyone!!!

Perfect for my family

Everything at the house was in perfect conditions for us to stay for a week. Clean and comfortable. We just got back home and want to book it again. We are very satisfied with the choice we made. The only issue was the communication with the property manager/ homeowners. I sent them two messages before the check in. One took more than two weeks to be answered and the other one never was. Thankfully I didn’t have any complaints or issues about the house, so I didn’t have to contact them during my stay. Other than that, it was amazing and I strongly recommend you to book it. The location was close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and facilities. My kids loved the house. The spa/pool is amazing! The clubhouse is just as good as we needed! We really loved it!

CLOSE TO DISNEY, NICE HOUSE

Pool was nice. Two big bedrooms with bathrooms attatched to each. Kitchen was updated and very nice. Washer and Dryer were newer and easy to use. Disney was super close. Garage was filled with fun stuff like a pool table, ping pong table, darts.. Community club house was great with a big pool, pool table, mini golf and a playground. Do not expect any extras such as toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, or anything that you would have at home. We had to buy laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.. This may be normal for most VRBO homes but when I rented a home in Traverse City all of those things were included. Regardless I did enjoy the home. Great location, very close to everything, saw some really tall birds, and one small alligator in the back yard. Highly recommend this house, but just remember to bring all of the normal house "stuff" with you or you will be wasting time and money to shop while you are vacationing. Also, the shared bathroom had a toilet that went down very slowly. A sign was posted above the toilet saying that if they had to call a plumber out to unclog, we would be responsible for the cost. We bought a plunger from the Dollar Tree and called it a day. Unsure if there is a known problem with this toilet and that is why the sign was there? Who knows. It took some time, about two hours to get ahold of the property management to see if we could check in early. I was a little worried about getting a hold of property management if there was an emergency. Thank goodness we did not have one. All in all it was a nice stay. We all slept well and felt comfortable in the house after a 19 hour drive from Michigan.

Positive points: big house, beautiful view from pool, quiet location Negative points: Very bad communication with property mgt Very bad cleaning, except the grounds, rusty and dirty traces in dishwasher and bathroom, suspicious traces on door next to toilets Narrow bathrooms, cannot open the door when on toilet Lots of lizard turds everywhere in patio: no pest control Moldy smell in patio because cushions stay outside and wet Garage cluttered with games and other stuff, so quite impossible to play with Overall: property mgt and owner do not take care on this house, pictures on site are from years Finally property mgt refunds cleaning fees after more than 3 weeks of email with them

We had such a lovely stay. The home was beautiful and clean. The pond out back was so relaxing to sit by the pool and observe the alligators, birds, and turtles living in their natural habitat. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable . We truly enjoyed our stay as it was the relaxation my family needed. We hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you so much !

Beautiful house and beautiful setting

The home was lovely, spacious, functional space, clean and perfect for our family to relax, spend time together and enjoy the pool. We especially enjoyed where the home is located because we could swim in the pool while overlooking the retention pond... very private which we appreciated. We even saw a gator!

Very Family Friendly property and location

My 12 year old son and I enjoyed staying here immensely! Property had so many "extras" to make it family friendly - the game room in the garage, the pool and spa, bikes for us to use and the mini golf course up at the community clubhouse. We also enjoyed the wildlife in the back yard (alligators, turtles and lizards). Check in and check out was easy. Only minor drawback was the lack of laundry detergent on site. Overall, great place to stay for a small family vaca!
