Very disappointed

The shower in the main level bathroom only had cold water. After numerous messages it was fixed 8 days later. As we were there for 19 days and had family that could not climb stairs if was very disappointing that it took so long. The pool was cold most morning going down to 63 to 71. The pool company told us the heater dial was broke and showed us how to fix it for ourselves. We paid for pool heat and we’re not happy with the issue. We noticed on he review that someone complained about this back in December. The furniture was very poor. The sofa would not stay together, the leg on one side was lower, the back head rest would not stay up. The dining chairs were peeling around he sides the stools at the counter were different to the posting. They were bar high so not good at a counter and solid wood seats with no back…very uncomfortable. The whole place badly needed paint and a good clean.Overall very disappointing and would not return to this vacation rental.

No option for zero star. Dirty place

Dirty Kitchenware, broken furniture, broken pool heater. We spent our first vacation day cleaning and calling customer service to move us to different place or to get those issues fixed it. They only start to show up a day before my last day at this property. This location is 25-30 min away from Disney parks. They charges me for a service that I didn’t have it. Charged us for the mess left by people who stayed there before us. This place is bad business.

Underwhelming and run down

This property is in a great neighborhood but needs some major TLC. The kitchen faucet is about to break off, the games in the cabinet are literally broken in half, the kitchen has very limited pots and pans for cooking, the WiFi did not work the entire stay making the TVs useless (they did say the WiFi was down in the whole neighborhood but the Nuevo it’s WiFi was working just fine). If you are looking for a basic house to just sleep in and be out all day then this will work for you. If you are looking to rest here for a few days after staying at the theme parks then this may not be the best place to stay. It seems like they simply clean before your stay but no one is doing any sort of quality control or taking note of broken or missing items.

Nice place - would stay again.

The property was nice. Some of the amenities could be updated such as cooking pan and cooking utensils. Also, the drain stopper in the sink didn't work. I know that groceries need to be bought but for the amount of money that is paid for a week stay for 8 people, I feel that at least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom should be supplied. Just a few small things. We did have an issue with the pool heating but they were very fast of getting back to us to explain what was going on. Overall, we had a great experience and if we visited again, we would stay check to see if this place was available.

Very Nice Property / Needs Some Work

The property was really nice, spacious and clean. There were a few things that need to be addressed at this property though. There is a huge scrape on the downstairs bathroom door that needs to be repainted, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be tightened, along with with the toilet seats and the toilet paper holders. The wifi also did not work. The listing also needs to specify that while the pool is heated, that there is an additional cost per day to heat it. Other than that, it was a good property for my family to stay in for the week.

Good place! Would rent again.

It was a good location for all things Disney. Plenty of room. Very clean. Manager was quick to respond when needed. Make sure you check all appliances at check-in. No can opener. Top of blender was missing, was replaced by manager. Coffee pot was broken, discovered that late so had to buy our own, but Manager sent one next afternoon. Also, be sure to get an email confirmation of your late check-out if desired. Other than that. Great spot.

Beautiful, spacious living!

We loved this unit! The private heated pool area, huge kitchen and living spaces, and gorgeous bedrooms we're a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed watching the sandhill cranes tap on our back door in the morning. Amenity center was a nice plus, some of it was closed for rebranding (store, ice cream parlor, cafe), but pool area seemed nice. Mini golf was a bit torn up in spots, probably a remnant of Ian. We had a great time though and recommend the unit. Thanks for a lovely stay

Needs some work

The home was great but there are little things that should have been fixed. Bathroom sliding door downstairs came off track, some of the pots were not clean, back sliding door handle was loose and was unlocked. There was also a dead lizard and frog in the pool. The pool was cleaned on the second day, I replaced the handle bd door lock on the back door, and we made sure the pots were clean. It was a great home. Just needs a little more tlc to fix the little things. Back sliding door is fixed though. New handle and a new lock.

Vacation Home

It was nice and quiet. Love the apartment and it was rooming. We’re a little sad that the slide door was broken and it was not fix ahead of time. My husband have to fixed it so we have to go get our own tools to fix it.. cuz we have kids and to be safe. House was clean but there’s still stuff from the previou renter. But the overall is great and don’t mean renting it again. Just little things that can be fix. Thank you.
