Would stay again

I have 2 suggestions-1) the carpets and upholstery need to be cleaned. 2)There needs to be a 24 hour contact person. We arrived after office hours and the next morning I left 2 messages for a few significant but non- emergent issues and never heard back. It was clear to only use the emergency number in an emergency, but it would have been nice to know that someone heard our issue (which we never did). Things I couldn’t find answers to before hand to help the next family: no board games, or video console, and only 1 pool stick that had a functioning tip. Coffee pot is 12 cup with basket filter. Pool towels provided. Tennis court is a combo with basketball and there was almost always a basketball game going on. Volleyballs, soccer balls, basketballs can be checked out in clubhouse (hours 9-dusk)

Great house, loved by all.

This property didn't have a recent review, so I was a little anxious. The house was great. I loved the furniture on the patio. I brought several pans and a mickey waffle maker with me but the house had a little of everything. Loved the large master suite on the main level. We had a problem with the upstairs air conditioner and called the emergency number and someone came immediately. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly and it was fixed. The listing doesn't say anything about this but there was a nice double stroller in the garage. We parked one car in the garage. My grands loved the house and the pool. I would stay again.

Home was not OK!

Upon arrival we noticed a broken couch. I called and reported immediately and was advised to send an email. I never heard back from the company. We also seen 2 roaches. Carpet and walls were stained. 3 beds had very uncomfortable sponge mattresses and was very uncomfortable for elderly people. The comforters in all rooms had musty smells. The kitchen pots and pans were scratched up. The couches were low and very unstable with bent legs so we didn't sit on any of the couches. There were limited towels and barely and face rags. The pool was the best thing on the home. It was very warm. Overall the house was uncomfortable, not clean and not what I thought it would be.

Summit Stay

We stayed here for the Summit Cheer comp. we had 3 families. The house was perfect, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and space! Really enjoyed it!

Family vacation

We stayed with three families with a total of 11 people and were totally comfortable. The bedrooms were good for our mix of adults and kids. The pool/hot tub was great for coming back from the parks or relaxing on our off days. The house could use more items for how many people that it sleeps. We were short towels and utensils. My only big complaint is the carpets and walls. There were many stains . The house could use a deep clean along with the carpets.

Bargain price but management needs to improve

Great home for the price. Poor communication with management company. No confirmation emails of bookings or payments. They kept saying we still owed money. I had to send screen shots of credit card statement showing my deposit paid. Several carpet stains. Bunk bed room did not have a dresser or closet space to put away clothes. We let management know of a couple broken items when we arrived to avoid being responsible for damage as per check in agreement. Maintenance showed up to repair damages we reported without any e-mail or phone call. I felt it was a slight invasion of privacy. Community pool and lazy river are wonderful. Smart TV did not work in our bedroom. Kitchen only had bare necessities.

Better than expected

The pictures don’t do this place justice. I had my family of ten stay here and it accommodates is all perfectly and comfortably. Most nights we stood home and cooked and found the cookware to be ample. Plenty of dishes available although we just bought paper plates and what not. There was a grill on premise we were also able to make use of. Although not pictured there is a washer and dryer so that was a bonus for us. We enjoyed almost all amenities available to us including the pool, community pool which feature a lazy pool as well, the arcade, poolside bar, in the villa there is a foosball Table also a convertible 3 in 1 pool, ping pong, and air hockey table. We were able to fit three cars comfortably, one in the garage and two in driveway, another fit in the garage if necessary. I would highly recommend this place and would most indeed stay again

Great Vacation Home

My family had a great stay in this home. It looks exactly like the pictures just a little lived in which is expected. The community was nice as well. I would recommend this home for others and I would definitely try to stay there again.

Great Stay in a Lovely Space

The house was beautiful. I think that it wasn't equipped quite as well as other vacation homes i have stayed in. It had tons and tons of glassware and dishes, but the cookware and bowl selections were limited if you wanted to cook a meal for a group.

Nice house and gated community. Minor concerns during the stay

Overall, the house was a great place to stay for the week. Pretty much what you see in the pictures is what you get. We had 11 people stay in the house (6 adults and 5 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well-kept and clean. We had some minor concerns: - Instructions weren't clear in my email from the management company on how to access the house during check-in. Security guard buzzed us through the gate even though that is not standard procedure. Suggestion: Update check-in instructions email to ensure new guests go to the clubhouse to get a parking pass and scan code to open the gate. - A/C wasn't working the first day. Apparently the guests prior to us turned the thermostat very low (58 degrees), which didn't allow the A/C to turn on. Suggestion: Have notes posted under the thermostat stating it needs to be set to 70 degrees or higher. - We paid extra for a BBQ grill to be delivered. There is a BBQ grill available at the house. I paid extra for no reason. Suggestion: Update the posting that a BBQ grill is available at the house. - Instructions on where the garbage bin was located was unclear. Was looking for an actual bin rather than the bench by the front door (The bench is the garbage bin). Suggestion: Update the instructions in the welcome binder where the bin is and how often garbage gets picked up (it's daily, not every Thursday) - Internet and phone was down for almost a day. This is probably not an issue with the house but with the service provider. Management company was somewhat responsive to my communication. When I called the "emergency line", it went to voicemail and the inbox was full (I wasn't able to leave a voicemail). It really defeats the purpose to have a emergency line if you are unable to leave a message. All of my correspondence was through email with the management company. The clubhouse and community pool was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and the arcade room. Since it's a new community, you may run into issues with cell phone coverage. We barely had reception on our phones for the length of the stay while in the house. Since I know now what to expect from this property, I would probably stay here again. I wish my management company communication experience was a bit better.
