Great location - could use some improvements

Located directly across from the pool which was amazing, our kids loved the pool. Communicating with the manager was tough. Gate code didn’t work and management didn’t know what I was asking. We couldn’t get into the development when the code wouldn’t work and security desk didn’t answer. After 20 minutes we needed up driving through the exit when another vehicle left the property. Mattresses and pillows were pretty bad.

Great Property!

The house was great, the location was convenient to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Wonderful house with plenty of room and the small pool was great to hang our arund and dip into on occasion. The only issue was finding parking, as we arrived after dark and the GPS sent us to the fron of the unit, where there was little parking except across the street. We finally figured out to go to the back and everything from there was great!

CELEBRATION OF LIFE TRIP

We rented this home for a family members celebration of life. traveling from Boston on JetBlue. The house was great, 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths, and I wish I had this kitchen in my house. I wish that they would provide supplies like salt and pepper shakers and ziplock bags for leftovers. This is my only complaint about the house. The house was in the perfect location as it was directly across the street from the pool, lazy river and food and drinks.

Convenient Location!

Plenty of room for everyone! Clean with lots of towels, dishes, etc. People had a lot of trouble parking in the complex (due to their lack of skill, not space) behind each condo - beware of renting too large a vehicle. Main bedroom mattress in need of a replacement!

Loved the stay

We had a group of 8 to include 4 adults and 4 kids. The location itself was ideal to Magic Kingdom, there is a CVS a mile up the road along with a Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, dollar tree, and a couple of gas stations in that same area. The clubhouse was literally across the street from the unit which had a great splash pad for the kids. The house has a pool too which was great since the club pool closes at dusk. I wish we had access to the garage, but we parked the 2nd vehicle in the clubhouse parking lot since there was only room for one vehicle at the unit itself. The unit was clean and I thought the towel arrangements on the beds were a nice inviting touch. Would stay again

Excellent! Excellent!

We didn’t want to leave! Perfect getaway for rest and reset. Pool is intimate. Perfect for couples. Townhome is beautiful and clean! Will definitely be back. There was trouble with the directions of the code. But once we figured it out we were good. Excellent communication with the help line. I miss it already!!!

Worlds stay

We loved the mouse house! It made our trip to Florida much more enjoyable and comfortable. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 and we had most of the comforts of home. Definitely recommend for families.

Great value and amenities

You get a lot for your money with this rental, including lots of space and areas to hang out in, a small private pool, and access to great amenities, including a lazy river, pool, and kids play area. The house is more well-worn than the pictures show, and we did need to reach out to management a couple times due to issues with cleanliness, the refrigerator, and leaking water in the master bathroom. Looks like a newer development, not super close to restaurants / stores. Overall a good stay.

Awesome Stay

My friends and I had such a wonderful time, the home was exactly as seen on the website. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the location especially the fact that the community water park was literally right out the front door. I will book this home again LOVES IT!!!

The carpets in our unit was borderline disgusting but everything else was good. The pool area has a manager that is top shelf. He seems to struggle with some of his help. But is out there himself daily working right alongside his men. Hats off to him and the staff. Will return.

Spacious property, great location

This house was perfect for our family of 6, with lots of room for hanging out and plenty of rooms/beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The shared pool area, basketball court, and cafe/bar were excellent and were just a short walk from our front step. Beware that the listing states the pool is available to be heated and that a grill is included. Neither of these amenities is available with this property.

Comfortable with great clubhouse

The house has a great location to Disney and in the subdivision. It has lots of seating for a big group and all the essentials. We didn’t spend much time in the house but did get to the clubhouse once and found endless activities. Windsor at Westgate is a great location!

The house was nice but they should have informed us that the community pool was going to be shut

The place was nice but I feel like we should have been informed before arrival that the community pool was going to be closed for the duration. We should have been given the option of a home with large attached pool or a discount on our stay for this inconvenience that's was NOT communicated to us prior to arrival. For this simple fact and because nothing was done to rectify, I will not suggest this place to others who are traveling nor stay again myself

Great Stay and Great Location

Anyone that has stayed in the Orlando area knows properties in Kissimmee are a great way to access the DisneyWorld parks and other activities in the area. This property is no exception. Westside and this unit met all our needs and we will be back in the future.
