Great layout and lots of space

Our group of 12 stayed comfortably in this spacious home. We loved the private pool, open kitchen, comfy beds, and quick responses from the host. We did have issues with the outlets and lights / fans not working, and the home could have had more quality kitchen supplies. We had quick responses from the host with any issues though. The heat we paid extra for was fine for the pool but the hot tub did not get up to the 104 temps we were promised. Still was a great stay.

We had an amazing vacation here! We went with our 3 grandchildren, 3 daughters, and their husbands. There was plenty of space so we weren't all over each other constantly. When we needed anything, they were very quick to respond and help with things like a pack-n-play and issues with electric and the ceiling fans. The only issues we had was that our names weren't checked into the front gate when we arrived. They were quick to respond, and I think we only waited less than 20 minutes to get that processed and through the gate to our home. There were high fees to be able to have the pool and hot tub heated, so even though they're in the backyard/covered porch, we weren't able to use them at all during the entire stay because they were too cold even for the kids liking. Had I read the fine print, I would've found a cheaper property without a pool/hot tub, or found one that included a heated pool/hot tub. The community pool area, lazy river and facilities were exquisite, very close by in the gated community, but it would've been nice to stay at the house and use our own pool. I would still rent one of their properties again, but would make sure a heated pool/hot tub were included with the price.

Awesome Choice!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had a great stay. House is equipped with everything you need. Pool is sunny all morning and afternoon. Spacious rooms, loft area perfect for hanging out/playing games. A very short walk to the clubhouse. We have stayed at this neighborhood multiple times, this home was our favorite!

Spring Break trip

The house was just as described and within walking distance of the community pool with a lazy river and bar. We had a wonderful time and would return again.

Family Spring Break

The property was perfect for our family of 12. Had enough beds and baths to keep everyone happy. (Some did complain that the beds were uncomfortable.) We were only a short walk to the Club House where our kids enjoyed the Lazy River and Pool. Our only problem during the week was the Hot Tub wasn't working properly. Management responded every time we called and would fix the problem but it would only be temporary. I think we were able to get into a HOT tub one time during our six night stay. We would stay at this property again.

More than expected

I was looking for a place to host family for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. Let’s just say the pictures do not do this place any justice. Very beautiful, clean and nicely stocked. Definitely staying at this location again!!!

Clean and well-stocked home that is great for families

We stayed in this house for a week over Christmas 2023. The house comfortably fit our extended family of 11, ranging in age from 14 to 80+. The house had several gathering areas with TVs, tables and comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub (be sure to pre-arrange for pool heat). Champions Gate is a beautiful community with many amenities that are included with your house rental. Our group used the gym in the clubhouse, and the many walking paths throughout the community. The community pool area includes a lazy river, water slide, toddler play area, large hot tub, and cabanas for rent. We admired the facility, but the water was a little too chilly for our preference in December. Plenty of other people (especially the under 12 crowd) found the water perfectly acceptable. The property manager made the check-in process very easy and arranged for parking passes in advance so that we could bypass the long line at the check-in gate and go directly to our home. The code to the electronic lock to the house was provided in advance and worked perfectly. The home was clean and well stocked. You will find plenty of the basics, like plates, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils for your large group. Like any rental home, don't expect a lot of kitchen gadgets, so be sure to bring your own meat thermometer and garlic press if your recipes will require them. Overall, the home was clean, well appointed, and worked perfectly for our family.
