Overall Good
The checkin process was a bit stressful. Plz make sure to get the QR code before arriving to get access at the main gate. Just an ID isnt enough. The house itself was beautiful. The covering over the pool was torn up in a few places and and the legs on the outside table were rusted pretty bad. The pool was dirty. We were told that it would be cleaned on Wednesday and it was the same when we returned on Friday to finish our stay. (We went on a 3 day cruise during our stay here) It probably had a lot to do with the outside screens being torn. We paid over $2000 for a whole week so my expectations were a little higher. The pans in the kitchen sucked. Everything stuck to them so we had to spend unwanted time scrubbing the food off. The griddle didnt work. The grease trap was missing also. The cups were all glass. It was unsettling to give to toddlers, so we went to Walmart and bought plastic cups for them to use. The mattresses were average.
The hosts were wonderful! They did great with staying in contact and helping my anxiety through Hurricane Milton. I would highly recommend this place bc of the host alone. With a few upgrades in the kitchen and some outside work this place would have been a 20/10! We would definitely visit again!
