Family Vacation

The location of the house was perfect, it was minutes away from everything. The size of the house was perfect everyone had space and it was great. However, the only problem we encountered the entire day was the air conditioning. It would not cool off past 75 degrees. It would reach 79-80 degrees at night and then not cool off. I reached out to management and nothing was done.

Dont ever stay here

It was very dirty, there was mice dropping in the downstairs bedroom, the carpets were very dirty, the hottub broke on our 5th day. I called them and it was ever fixed so for our last 5 days we couldnt use it. The plugs in 3 of the bathrooms didnt work, there was a 4 foot hole in the screen around the pool, the safety fencing around the pool had 2 of the 3 latches were missing. Very undsfe for our grandkids. We paid to have the pool heated and when we got there the heater was ever turned on.!

60th wedding anniversary celebration

The house was great. Really enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool was fantastic. Everything made our celebration time with family just perfect. Would definitely recommend this property.

Orlando Trip

Home was fantastic layout with great pool area. Inside needs new paint and some updates. One shower curtain had mildew. Only 4 chairs at the dining table. Not enough places to eat for this size home. Cheaped out on the provisions such as soap, shampoo, and paper towels. Owner or management company not interested in enhancing the experience.

Spacious House in Great Neighborhood

Our Sales Team was in Orlando for the AHR Show at the Orange County Convention Center. We wanted to stay in a house near the OCCC to have collaboration and team building. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after the AHR Show.

Trip to Disney

We rented this property so we could go to Disney for a long weekend and not have to travel 2 hours back and forth to Orlando. It was clean and a nice place for our family to wind down each night, sleep and get ready each morning. It was also fairly close to the amusement parks.

The house was well equipped and clean. We had a few maintenance issue but Maria and her team were very responsive. If we had an issue it was with the hardness of the mattresses on the beds, they were also very squeaky.

Family Vacation/Celebration

We appreciated the close proximity to all the things we were doing in Orlando, the fact that we could be all together--and the pricing was great. We had some trouble with the AC the first night--but that was taken care of and the AC was working during the night. The things we didn't understand from the photos: mattresses do need updated, bed covers would be good, an the bunk beds are queen size with a trundle under them. Also, the 'power' seating doesn't work well. The pool was wonderful, kitchen stocked well and the washer/dryer were great. parking was a challenge, but we made it through! The property manager/owner responded professionally and in a timely manner every single time we reached out....and our time in Orlando was a great opportunity to make memories withe three generations of our family! Overall--rating a 4, because of the 'needs' above, and those were personal expectations....not 'deal breakers'--obviously! Thank you, as I told you earlier, for a wonderful time!

Excellent choice for an Orlando vacation!

We spent a week at this wonderful place and had a great time. The host was very responsive and patient, answered all my questions and provided detailed instructions. The place was cleaned, well maintained, welcoming. We will definitely book again!

We had multiple issues from 3 out of the five tv's not working at check-in, two shower knobs not working correctly, UNE maintenance lowering the hot water temp in the hot water tank, which meant we didn't have hot water for 24 hours, ants all over the entryway, and the mattress in the master bedroom is the worst we have ever slept on. Most of the issues were corrected, but communication from the host was non-existent. This home is managed by an out-of-state company, which means there is no local person you can deal with. We were compensated for our issues; I will never stay in a home managed by UNE. Minor maintenance and upkeep in the house is not a priority.

Orlando Visit

Great location to go to area attractions in a neighborhood of vacation homes. The house was as advertised, spacious enough for the nine of us. Everything was clean and in good condition. Downside is lack of TP or paper towels. There is a grocery store nearby. Mattresses are firm and lack comforters or blankets. The pool and hot tub are great with no chlorine treatment. The hot tub will cost extra for heating.

A wonderful place to stay

The house so Beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the waterpark on the premises. It is a great house for a gathering of family and friends. I do suggest updating the mattresses. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our large group. The check in process was easy and all my emails Were answered promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.
