Esta propiedad maravillosamente ubicada está en el agua. Calzada y arena en el escalón delantero. Un patio para sol y comedor. Ideal para familia.
Natación en el océano con socorrista de pie en frente. Muelle de pesca, tiendas, restaurantes, bahías y alquiler de botes y bicicletas dentro de un par de cuadras.

Este es un dúplex. La unidad inferior de 4 dormitorios está disponible durante todo el año.
Muy bien amueblado, totalmente equipado. Estacionamiento para un auto.
Podemos acomodar a 8 personas. Cocina totalmente preparada y algunas toallas de playa, sillas y juguetes de arena en la propiedad.
La unidad superior puede estar ocupada por invitados: puede obtener más información sobre la unidad superior (alquiler de casa completa en VRBO 16783 51Dreamy Ocean Views). Los huéspedes pueden sentir la presencia de inquilinos en el piso de arriba con uso de puerta de entrada exterior y pasarela. El espacio del patio es solo para huéspedes de la planta baja. La mejor característica es el patio frente a la playa.

Un espacio de estacionamiento detrás de la casa está disponible para inquilinos. De lo contrario, el estacionamiento en la calle es gratuito y los lotes de pago de la ciudad están a 4 cuadras cerca del ferry a la isla Balboa, Fun Zone y Balboa Pier. A poca distancia de restaurantes de fácil acceso, barcos de pesca y Catalina Cruiser. O alquilar una bicicleta y pedalear a Lido Island o Huntington Beach a lo largo del paseo marítimo.
No fiesteros, no fumar y lo siento no mascotas. Tenemos vecinos de larga data e invitados en el piso de arriba, por lo tanto, pedimos que las cosas se dirijan a una hora tranquila a las 9 p.m.

Comfortable Oasis

We had a party of 7 adults for our daughter’s graduation from college. The room situation was perfect, having had 4 bedrooms and 6 total beds. Our favorite part was the patio and beach views. At night the large table inside provided a nice space for playing games. The manager of the property is really responsive. We were happy with our stay.

Great Property

The location of this property is unmatched. Close enough to the pier for a short walk, but far enough away you are removed from the main traffic. The host was very helpful and responded within minutes of any questions we had. We'll be coming back for sure.

A great place

The house is so clean and comfortable! We were pleased by the ease of communication with the host, Ann, and with the size and location of the house. Everyone in our group, 6 adults and two older teens, enjoyed the location and our chance to be together in a great spot. People watching on the boardwalk was a highlight!

We love this beach house!

This was our second time staying at the property and our family absolutely loves it. Our children ask to go back all the time. The location is perfect and walkable to do many places. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need!

Perfect for Multi-Generation

Ann's place worked out so well for our three-generation trip, 6 adults. There was plenty of space for us to be together, plus enough bedrooms for us to each have some privacy. Everything was clean and the location was very safe. The beach was never crowded and the boardwalk was very quiet on weekdays. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking spot out back is a little tight to get in and out of, but do-able. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach day!

Our group of 7 loved our full day on the beachfront patio after spending a couple days at Disneyland. Host Anne is super responsive and the house was stocked with all the basics. The beautiful CA sunset was the icing on the cake!

We were one happy family of five beach loving adults vacationing in this cool home with the blue awning. When we weren’t tramping down to the water, we were people watching on the patio. Owners very responsive about their place. We appreciated the new Keurig and the clean barbecue! We hope to return.

A place of our dreams

We LOVE returning to this spot in Newport Beach each year! All of our family truly looks forward to it. It is in the best location within close walking distance to the beach (it is on the beach and boardwalk), close to the pier, the Fun Zone, the Ferry! This 'home away from home' is immaculate! It is modernized with furnishings, appliances, the bedding is heavenly. In front of the apartment is a wonderful patio with two tables and two umbrellas where we all hang out during the daytime! There is a BBQ, kayak, beach toys for kids, and beach chairs. We have always found the owner, Ann, to be very receptive to our questions or needs. For example, we found the blender had been cracked and unusable. We contacted Ann and the next day, a new one was delivered to our door at the beach. We always get one parking spot behind the house but free parking on the street nearby is easy enough. (Note: There in no parking on Monday during certain hours, and on the other side of the street on Wednesday when the street sweeper comes back the alternate day.) Also, one day when we are down there, we invite our entire extended family to come down and have a bonfire on the beach.It is so easy to secure a fire ring during the week. We look forward to going back next year!!

Family time

I’ve stayed here before in 2019 for my 30th birthday. When I saw this was available I canceled my hotel and booked this! It’s the perfect location! So cute & updated. Also right on the beach! Can you beat that? I will always rent this house! It’s my fav in Newport!

Perfect Property & Hostess w/the Mostest

I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property hosted by Ann. Her responsiveness to our needs ensured a comfortable experience. The beds were cozy, and the spacious layout provided ample room for our family of 6. The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the place was impeccably clean with all the essentials. The highlight (other than Ann) was the perfect patio furniture, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the beach and people-watch. Great stay!

What a great stay! The house fit our two families just perfect! Being on the bike path and watching the sun rise and set was great! We paddle boarded in the harbor, watched dolphins from the pier, and enjoyed a day at Catalina Island. The house was clean and bright. Great to BBQ in the evening with a cocktail and soak it all in. Hope to stay again soon! Ann was great and answered all of our questions right away. Thanks again!

Excellent stay

The property was perfect and just as advertised. It was clean, everything was in working order, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had several meals “at home” on the patio. Ann was very responsive and a wonderful host.

We go back every year!

Love our stay at this beautiful, clean place on the boardwalk. The place is beautifully appointed. It is near the pier, fun zone, on the beach, swings and playground equipment, near the ferry. It is right in the heart of every thing. There are volleyball nets and fire rings that are in nearby eyesight. Communication with the owner is very easy and she is always ready to accomodate. There is a (small) walled-in patio with seating and umbrella coverings so you can sit outside and relax. There is a BBQ too. It was great that she had additional outdoor folding beach chairs (on the side of the house), that we could take down to the water's edge. (Next year we won't have to bring our own beach chairs that take up so much room in our car!) There were even sand toys, pails and toy shovels for the little ones on the side of the house.We were allowed one parking space, but our guests could find plenty of free parking on the street DURING the week. There is a washer and dryer (bring your own soap).
