Tome el sol en esta hermosa casa de alquiler de vacaciones a solo una milla en auto o camine hasta la playa. Con sus colores brillantes y su plano de planta abierto, esta escapada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños es la base perfecta para su próximo viaje. Disfrute flotando en la piscina completamente protegida, creando comidas caseras en la cocina abierta y aprovechando las playas de fácil acceso. También hay varios restaurantes, puntos de venta y campos de golf cercanos para que pueda disfrutar fácilmente de sus vacaciones a su manera.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. It was so nice having our own pool and it was a lovely pool! Really enjoyed the grill and the kitchen had all the utensils needed during our stay. Great location and close to so many things!

Spring Break Paradise

Truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy Naples home! Prior to our arrival I already had communicated with the homeowner who happens to live nextdoor. She was so welcoming! She was very flexible with our arrival and departure times due to our scheduled flights. Upon arrival, my daughter and I were very happy with the cozy feel of the home. It’s a very well-kept house and was also very cleanly. The owners are photographers so we enjoyed looking at all of their beautiful photographs which are framed and displayed throughout the house. The house is well-equipped with all necessities. It had beach chairs, coolers, floats for the pool, beach towels, etc. There were many days that we cooked at the house and there was plenty of basic ingredients for cooking, plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The thing that my daughter and I enjoyed most about this house is the amazing location! It was 1 mile up the street to the beach. It would take us 2 minutes to hop in the car and drive up to the beach. It was also around the corner from several grocery stores and other stores as well. There was an abundance of restaurants to choose from if you enjoy eating out. We also absolutely loved the pool! For a small fee, the homeowner will have it heated for you upon arrival. I definitely recommend it in the early spring. The water temperature was so comfortable for us all week. We got so much use out of the pool. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the Naples area!

Heavenly Vacation

Living in Wisconsin I’m always looking for a warm pool. I let the homeowner know my concerns of the cold spell coming to Florida. She reassured me that she’d have the pool nice and hot for me. The pool was an amazing warm temperature and I couldn’t get out of it! I am one that likes to be swimming in the pool rather than sitting by the pool. The homeowner spoiled me!!!! The house is very nice and impeccably clean. Jan had special soaps for us and little samples of toothpaste and etc. if you forget something. The TV area is very comfortable with a brand, new soft cushy sofa and chair. There were plenty of towels and blankets to wrap up in if you need them. The beds were very comfortable. We always come to this neighborhood to vacation so I can’t say enough about all the things there are to do around the area. Thank you Jan for an amazing winter getaway! Andrea and Ed Chao.

Piece of paradise!

My sister and I can't say enough about our stay. Our hosts Jan & Gareth were so thoughtful and nice. The house is exactly as described and very clean. Everything we needed was there and then some. Beds were very comfortable. My favorite thing was the pool! It was like a little piece of heaven. We were in it every day and never wanted to get out. If we weren't swimming we were on the lanai just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house is perfectly located to everything. Very close to the beach and shopping. Everything you need is close by. We were there for 2 weeks and were so comfortable that we are planning to go back next year hopefully for longer. I should also mention that I brought my little dog along and she was very good in the surroundings. Thank you Jan for all the treats you gave Dolly!!

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay . The house was very comfortable and clean on a nice quiet street. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The pool and outdoor sitting area were great! Felt very private in the back yard with lots of tropical palm trees. Very close to the beach, shopping etc. the owners Jan and Gareth were friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Little gem in an excellent location

We stayed at this charming home in January 2024. The space was clean and inviting. Well appointed. The pool area brought instant zen after afternoons at the nearby beaches. Lots of card games and laughter, thanks to ample space for two couples. Communication with the host was excellent. Just what was much needed!

Fantastic First Florida Vacation! Wow-we needed rest and relaxation and this was the place. The pool was worth every penny, but it is the location that makes this place perfect! Close to every thing (including a gorgeous beach 🌊🐚🏝️.). Jan was so easy to work with and quick in reaching out and responding. Cute, cozy and comfortable!

Quiet home but near the Action

Only 1/2 mile off of 41 in a private neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach! Publix, Trader Joe's & Walmart very close. Lots of restaurants in the area! Short drive to downtown Naples and even closer to Bonita Springs. This home is VERY clean! Comfortable with lots of attention to detail. Owner lives next door and is super communicative if needed, but never intrusive! Pool is very private and landscaped beautifully. Both bedrooms have their own entrances to the pool. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Fantastic stay despite Hurricane Ian

This is a beautiful property in Naples Park, close to everything, and with a wonderful pool. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were essential for us, since we invited another couple to join us for a portion of our three week stay. The owners live right next door, and were very nice. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian made his appearance early in our stay, and we were evacuated from the area. Fortunately, the property only suffered superficial damage, so we were able to return once the danger was past. The owners were amazing in helping to get everything back to normal. The storm did prevent us from going to the beach for the remainder of our stay, but that's no one's fault. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay anyway. We want to thank Jan and Garreth for all their help, and we'll likely visit them again. We'll also continue to pray for those who were adversely affected by Ian.

Quit looking around and just book this place

This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Great house that was perfect for my wife and I on our most recent trip to Naples. This house is close to everything minutes to the beach minutes to shopping and minutes to entertainment. The pool and lanai are the highlight of the property, and there is an very nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge and a very nice gas grill. The house is very well maintained super clean and is stocked with every and anything you need. This house is on the top of our list for our future visits to Naples.

Great Property!

We stayed in this cozy Naples home the week of June 19 through the 26th. We loved the house as it was perfectly located and immaculately clean. To begin with we pack light on our trips so it was a nice perk to benefit from the new washer and dryer that we found awaiting us in the laundry room. Included in the list of house amenities are bikes ready to ride in the garage, beach equipment complete with chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler as well as an amazing backyard with a beautiful pool and brand new BBQ to enjoy it with. After we unpacked, Jan and Gareth, the owners took a moment to come over and introduce themselves (at our request) and gave us useful local information for our trip. They are the nicest people and are always available to help should anything go wrong because they live right next door. You don’t often have the property owner as accessible for assistance when renting properties which helped put us at ease. We can’t emphasize enough how well located this place is as it’s only a short car ride, quick bike ride, or nice walk to the beach which we visited daily while there. Not to mention our favorite grocery stores Trader Joes and Whole Foods were only a short ride away making it simple to utilize the well appointed kitchen. Towards the end of the week some kind of construction began next to our rental property and it got a bit loud at points though luckily never at night. It was a mild nuisance but Jan and Gareth offered to give us a few extra days into the weekend for the inconvenience without us even asking. These host not only wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time by providing a very clean, comfortable place to stay but went above and beyond to make up for the small construction inconvenience and ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect!!!

Excellent House in Naples

The house was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was perfect, in the daytime and at night. We ate breakfast and dinner outside by the pool, in a relaxing atmosphere. The internet was speedy. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They were truly super hosts. The location of the house was near supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Naples beach house

This house is perfect for a beach getaway!! The house has everything you need, the pool is super refreshing and the backyard is a cute little slice of tropics!! Great spot to bbq and chill. Naples best beach is 5 minutes away. Good quality beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, bikes, really everything we needed. Jan and Garreth are accommodating, friendly hosts!!

Best Rental EVER!

We have rented coast to coast and in Paris. This was by far our best rental ever. The house is even better then the pictures. The house is immaculate. Great location. But our favorite place was outside by the totally private pristine pool. We were completely relaxed minutes after walking in. We loved it so much we already booked 2022! Owners are wonderful. This place is perfect.

An amazing find in the Naples area - fabulous location

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Naples area, look no further: This is an excellent choice. There are many good reasons for staying at Jan and Gareth’s place but the location is number one. The house is a pleasant, safe ten-minute bike ride to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, a pristine forested beach and one of the nicest places to swim and relax in the Naples area, if not the nicest. At the same time, the house is a short car ride off Tamimi Trail and Immokalee Road, so a quick drive to anywhere in the Naples area. The house is in Naples Park, a tidy neighborhood of suburban homes. At first, after Googling the house, we were a bit concerned about the area’s density. But it turned out that the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly and Jan and Gareth’s house unusually quiet. Jan and Gareth live next door and their house is surrounded by greenery. We never heard them. On the other side is an empty lot while the houses behind are also quiet and well landscaped. When were not at the beach, we lived in the lanai, an oasis surrounded by greenery with a particularly pleasant swimming pool. We could sit there, having lunch or working on the laptop, and just listen to the birds. Perfect. We were four adults, three of us working remotely. We found the house an ideal retreat and would highly recommend it for two couples or a family. The kitchen is well stocked – we are serious cooks – and Jan and Gareth could simply not be better hosts. We happened to mention that there was no dish rack and magically one appeared. Although right next door, they are only as visible as you want them to be, no more no less. We found them to be charming people so we were happy to see more of them but if you wanted complete privacy, they’d be perfectly accommodating. They are both accomplished artists and it was only after several days that we realized that most of the fine art work on the walls, which we had noticed as being of high quality, was theirs. We were in Naples both to escape the frigid north but also the depressing reality of a Covid winter. We mainly ate at home – or occasionally at an outdoor dining area – and felt quite safe in our cozy retreat. We are so glad that we chose Jan and Gareth’s home and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the Naples area. It is quite a find and reasonably priced for what it offers in terms of quality and location. Go for it.
