Spring break

Our stay was great except for the construction that was going on right outside our door to the ocean on a pier. Very loud drilling or jackhammering all day every day during our stay. It was unbearable at times so we would go inside and shut the door. The condo itself was very nice and was as described. There could have been a couple more frying pans as I could only find 1 in the condo. In all definitely beautiful from the 20th floor and we would definitely stay again as long as the construction was completed

Poor communication with host.

I use Vrbo at a minimum of 30 times a year. This was the first time I had to ask a host for a door code key. Check in at this place is 4pm. The door code was sent to me at exactly 4pm, so don’t think you can check in one second earlier. The hall lights were burnt out during our stay. The floor was covered in sand and I had to vacuum upon arrival. All in all bad communication from host and overpriced for an old condo. Don’t waste your money.

My husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and that the listing was exactly what we walked into. We go to Myrtle Beach every year and this is where we will stay from now on. We had the best vacation.

Great Condo. Great View

We loved this condo. The view can’t be beat. Within walking distance of several places to eat. The parking garage being 1 block from condo was not an issue for us. Condo was clean and exactly as described plenty of room. I think having a tv guide would have helped (I know petty but we love watching our sports at night). We will be staying here again in the future, would recommend to family and friends.

Fall Golf Outing

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures posted on the internet. The Host was very accessible and answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely stay at this condo next year. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Spacious and inviting space

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the corner of the 20th floor is unbeatable. The Carolinian grounds are well kept and the pools are clean. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit are comforts of home that are usually missed. This space has everything you need for a great vacation with the family. I did give 4 stars for the cleanliness. The space could definietly use a "deep cleaning". But, it's still cleaner than you would expect your average space to be. If i had to critique 1 thing, it would be the beds. The mattresses on all 3 beds have seen better days. Our bodies were defintely feeling the stiffness after 7 nights... However, we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle free and relaxing vacation. Frank P.

Nice Vacation

Unit was clean and we were very happy with it. Only things we didn't like was having to park a block away and the master bed was very uncomfortable. Even though we were on the 20th floor we could hear the water very clearly with the doors all closed! The noise from the street could be heard all night from the other bedroom. Only 1 mile to the boardwalk and we could see the skywheel from our balcony. We probably will not stay again because of the noise and parking. Owners communicated promplty.

Great Location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Stunning views being up so high with a spacious balcony to watch the sunrise/sunset on. The entire place was very clean and even has new appliances. You can tell the management and owner take pride in this location which makes all the difference. We will definitely be back for more visits when I can!
