Junior Suite totalmente renovada ubicada en el edificio Sorrento, el edificio Ocean Club del NUEVO Fontainebleau Resort. Renovado en julio de 2019 con todos los muebles nuevos y una hermosa decoración. 574 pies cuadrados amueblados con una cama king, área de descanso conveniente con sofá cama queen size, escritorio y computadora iMac. Televisor LCD de alta definición de 37 pulgadas, radio iHome y cocina con mini refrigerador, fregadero, cafetera y microondas. Baño de mármol y granito con bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño y ducha con mampara de vidrio separada y TV en el baño.
La suite tiene su propio balcón privado orientado al noreste con vista al resort y al océano.

Great getaway

My wife and I had a great 3 night getaway at this place. It was just as advertised. The rate here is so much more affordable than going through the hotel website. This was a great room at a famous and beautiful resort.

Great host and room!

Our third stay with this host and 7th year visiting the Fountainebleau. The room is on a lower floor but has a nice balcony in a quiet corner overlooking palm trees and the resort. We found it very peaceful. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked well and cell service was strong. Having full access to all the amenities of the hotel included in the price, as well as free parking are huge perks considering how much the hotel charges for parking and resort fees. Based on availability, the host was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out which we greatly appreciated.

Noisy neighbors

Unit was fine except could use a new mattress. First night had loud music from about 3:30 until 6:00 am. Called front desk who sent security who responded quickly. Took about 20 minutes to get someone to answer door then problem solved. Next day and night they kept slamming their door. Wife caught them about 1:00 am in hallway, that pretty much resolved the issue.

A Nice Getaway

This room on the fourth floor of the Sorrento Tower was perfect size for a family of four. It's about 750sq ft with a large bathroom and many mirrors so all the females in my family had their own mirror to primp before going out at night. Also you decide how many days you want to pay for maid service while staying there. What was an added benefit of the room was the included two free passes to the heated spa pool which came in handy on our rainy days and the included cost of valet parking which can really add up when staying for a week. Booking this room was by far much cheaper, bigger, and all around better than booking a room in the regular hotel. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the elevators in this tower were extremely slow and most of the time I didn't have the patience and just decided to use the stairs since the room is only on the fourth floor but this has nothing to do with the room. Overall I would absolutely book this room again in the future.

Miami Vacation

Location of hotel and room accommodation are looking a little dated and some renovations are required. Hotel grounds and staff were good. The owner of the rental property was quick to respond to my inquires. Overall it was a good vacation.

The hotel itself has a wonderful vibe but the rooms desperately needs updating. Please be aware that maid service isn’t available for many rooms without a extra fee. In room dining has very odd hours such as 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Miami is a party city so in room diving should be twenty four hours. There’s a food truck which isn’t convenient after being out late at night. My floor at Sorrento level was out of wash cloths for two days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great communication with owner

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was nice. The spa passes were a nice touch, as the spa was quite relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had trouble getting the hotel to refund an unauthorized hotel fee, but the owner was able to take care of the issue almost immediately.

The room was dirty. Human hair in bathroom/ bathtub. Empty condom boxes in dresser drawers. Prescription pills left on bathroom floor near toilet. Room smelled like marijuana. Carpet frayed.

Amazing Miami weekend

We had the best time on our weekend in Miami. Room was very large but not much of a view. Was blocked by palm trees and mainly a few of roof. There was a pair of underwear and condom wrapper on the roof in front of us. Lol. Hotel needs some refurbishing. Gym equipment was very dirty and bathrooms had no soap or paper towels. Shower in room could use some deep cleaning. Honestly we had a great time and would stay again but for the cleaning fee I was shocked bathroom was not sparkling clean.

Our stay was exactly as expected. Owner provided all needed communication in an email. Room was spacious and was perfect for our week's stay. We were looking for a stay where there was the ability to relax during the day and have fun in the evenings and the resort delivered on all of our expectations. Highly recommend.
