Never again

Unfortunately was very disappointed with property Not clean, not updated bugs in the room ( bunch of cockroach ) No beach essentials, pool closed . Host not responding when need assistance. Considering the location of the property and pricing it could be much better Unfortunately we will not be coming better to this location.

Stop before cruise

This was a short stay prior to a 6 day cruise. We have not been to Miami prior to this trip. The room was perfect for us two but will sleep 4. The best part for us was the beach access. When checked in our room wasn't quite ready (we arrived several hours before check in) we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk and walk right to the beach. We sat pool side and had lunch and a cocktail. They also offered chair and umbrella rental which was great. The weather was perfect and the water was warm and amazing. This was a perfect little trip prior to our cruise.

Great stay

Great location on Miami Beach, was not able to check in until 3 but we were able to check our luggage at the office and found plenty to do in the neighborhood. Staff and security was always pleasant and helpful.

Beach location perfect! Bathroom outdated, needs an overhaul! No beach towels, had to use bathroom towels. Beach chairs were camping chairs, not beach chairs.

It is a good choice. They send me a mail. Telling that the pool was closed. It was very good. But it looks like they have been working on the pool for a while. The apartment is in good condition. But they still need to do more work. Specially out side. They need and extractor in the bathroom. Free parking.

First the room has roaches. I have pictures. The bedding looked as though it wasn't washed and was very dingy. The tub spout was broken and the air vents were filthy. The window treatments were not even clean. Need I say more.

It is a very busy place. I have never stayed in such a busy hotel. It was surprising

Everything went very smoothly. Just follow the instructions for checkin. It is in a room in front of the last elevator Be ready for a wait at valet parking. Go down 20 min ahead of when you plan to leave.

This property was horrible! We came in late at night they couldn’t find our booking, then when we got into our room the air conditioning system was ancient and there was a leak in the room our whole stay in addition to no hot water for the shower. We tried contacting the owner and no response we also tried contacting the maintenance number listed at the property and of course no response. I do not recommend this property!

Bad Security and People

So many rude workers here! The security was the absolute rudest people I'd ever dealt with. Our room kept leaking and we had to put a trash can under it to stop it from making a river on our floor. The view out our window was amazing.

Great location for a family! Kind of far from the “night life”. However BEAUTIFUL view of the city from the room! Wish this was included in the pictures of the property. 100% will be staying again, had a great time:)

Good value for the money

It's an older property but compared to Miami costs, it's good value for being on the beach. The pool is nice, elevators fast, and the one repair was handled quickly by the property.

Quiet location

This is quite a bit north of the busy south beach area which we liked. Don’t take a lyft/Uber down to ocean street at rush hour. Cars barely moved. Go earlier or later. We walked down to the restaurant at Nobu hotel for breakfast which is very nice. The sushi spot in the basement of the hotel next door is nothing fancy but good and affordable. We didn’t use the pool but the beach access was great. The check in process was a bit confusing, you need to go down the hall to the left and check in at that office first then go to the front counter if parking a car. It went quick. They also hold your luggage in that other office for $5 a bag. The condo worked for us. We weren’t cooking there or spending much time in the room. Biggest problem was no fan for the shower. Bathroom got very steamy. They had music on the tv when we checked into the room which was nice.

It's amazing what a filter and lighting will do for a photo

The table, bed and daybed are exactly what is there, however not nearly as nice as it looks in the photo. The "kitchenette area" and bathroom are old and in bad shape. I'm not real sure how clean this place is either. The coffee pot had remnants of old coffee and grounds in it. There is a message taped to the wall stating that the dishes and utensils are not sanitized and are cleaned by the previous guests. When we emptied the trash can there were chunks of old coffee grounds in the bottom along with liquid, not sure what that was. There was a dirty thumb print on the wall getting out of the shower by the mirror and what looked to be toothpaste drip down the front of the vanity that could have been easily wiped off by whom ever does the cleaning, The baseboards are badly in need of an update as you can see that it has been caulked and painted over multiple times. The refrigerator is loud and the vent from the air conditioning dripped on the floor of the "entryway", so we had to keep a towel on the floor. To enter this room, you have to put your shoulder into it and push hard as it will not open (or close for that matter) like a door should. To close it you actually have to slam it shut. Most of the electrical outlets in the room are so loose that whatever you plug into them falls out which is why the WIFI is inaccessible using the room number. The router doesn't stay plugged in. I had to sign in using another room number per the property managers direction. The beds are not comfortable at all. The description of the room says that there is heat but there was none that we could find. We even sent a message to the property manager asking about the heat that went unanswered. Not all messages sent to her were answered. This place is in desperate need of an update, and I took photos of everything I have mentioned in this review. I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again. This choice was on us, and we just had to make the best of it.

The marketing for this property is stellar. The photo of the bedroom, spot on. The other side of the room was humbling and not fit for our type of travel. The refrigerator door was open so no chance of reheating or food preparation. There is no stove. The bathroom was ok but the toilet chain kept disconnecting, thankfully I know a little about stopping a running fork in the middle of the night. We found a pink vibrator in the blanket, it was cringeworthy since it was in two pieces, the handle fell out first, looked like a projector remote. We touched it, then fell out the bullet part.🤮 Needless to say, you get exactly what you pay for. The Uber drivers had a hard time getting to the door, the condo Trio folks really need to fix the one lane entrance. This was the first red flag. Plenty of towels and the mattress is not fit for a teenager. The TV was great. The place needs a lot more work to be company ready.

Nice place

Our room was clean but a little outdated and could use updates. Recommend a better mattress as it was hard and noisy. Also, possibly adding a couple beach chairs to the room for the guest along with the umbrella that's provided. Overall, great time in Miami. The owners very responsive and easy to work with! Interview time

I feel like this listing is dishonest in that I don't believe this unit was owned by an individual. When I reserved it, I was given a unit number but when I arrived, I was assigned a different unit. The common areas of the facility were nice but the unit itself was dated and the cleanliness of it was very questionable.
