Casa Alegría posee 4 habitaciones, 4.5 baños y esta localizada a tan solo 15 minutos caminando de la playa publica (Espadilla Norte) y a 25 minutos del espléndido Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Esta majestuosa casa de 3 pisos está completamente equipada con aire acondicionado, amplios balcones en sus dos primeros niveles de donde los cuales es posible el avistamiento de monos, perezosos y aves de la zona, compartiendo con ellos la espectacular vista, tanto al mar como a la jungla, que ofrece la casa.


Bajo sus amplios balcones, en el nivel inferior de la casa, se localiza la hermosa terraza con piscina privada y jacuzzi para su disfrute. La casa está equipada con una cocina completa, una amplia sala de estar / comedor, una sala de televisión aparte, parrilla de gas y áreas para disfrutar de la fresca brisa marina.


PARA LLEGAR A LA VILLA
Por aire: Recomendamos volar al Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaría en San José (SJO). Si desea tomar un vuelo nacional a QPX el aeropuerto de Quepos (vuelo de 15 minutos) verifique las conexiones locales en el mismo aeropuerto. Tenga en cuenta que hay una restricción en cuanto al peso del equipaje en los vuelos nacionales. Hay opciones para reservar un vuelo chárter, solicite una cotización a su Concierge Personal. Desde el aeropuerto de Quepos podemos ayudarlo a organizar un transporte privado a su villa (15 minutos).

Wonderful experience!

We had an awesome stay at Casa Alegria! We were very close to the beach and enjoyed the spacious layout of the house, the pool, and other amenities. We also loved the location for getting to experience our white face monkey visitors every day. I will recommend to friends and family.!

Great stay

Casa Alegria is a very nice place to stay. Great location great views great wildlife. I found it a bit strange that the housekeeper was there for about five hours per day cleaning. She did an amazing job, but it was a bit overkill. Mauricio was a fantastic host and did a great job of communicating.

Anniversary trip

Life in the jungle! An abundance of wild life moves through the property throughout the day (and night). Several types of monkey's, Kinkajou, Toucan, Macaw's. We saw it all and we saw it all the time. A quick walk takes you from the property to a fantastic beach! Gentle enough for daily swims, big enough to pull out the surf boards! And walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Manual Antonio.The house is stunning. We traveled with multiple generations and had their own comfortable space. Finding a place with as many bathrooms as bedrooms isn't easy. This place checked all the boxes. It was extremely lean upon arrival and the daily housekeeping was next level! We'll never be that spoiled again! We were all beyond please witht he accommodations and highly recommend to larger groups! Five star for sure!

Luxurious yet Lacking

The home is lovely, the rooms are large and each has an ensuite. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the pool, with its deck is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. What was weird is that with all the luxury, there are obvious design faults and maintenance issues.1. The showers are terrible. Either the build-up in the showerheads has gone on too long, or there just isn’t enough water pressure. Also the valve for changing the flow from bath to shower needed to be replaced. The shower door was installed incorrectly, so you can’t open the door, unless you leave it a little open.2. The building is made of concrete, so you have to change your wifi source as you move about the house. 3. There is no labeling on the multitude of switches on the walls. If you turn on the wrong one it could the light outside your bedroom, which you won’t know until its bedtime. Then you have to figure out which switch it was.4. There was only one little table out by the pool and two umbrellas. There was at least 10 lounges and chairs. More shade needed to be provided.5. The company provideds a qr code that directs you to their webpage. We arranged a couple of activities that cost considerably more than what was stated. That shows a lack of paying attention.As seems to be true with most rentals like this, things are not as rosy as they are presented, but close enough so people accept what they get.

We loved everything about this place! The location was beautiful and every bedroom has an ocean view. The maid came in everyday and even washed our clothes! Mauricio was available 24/7 to answer questions, book tours or to summon a taxi. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Casa Alegria feels like a private, luxury resort. The top floor features a gorgeous view of the ocean and islands through the floor to ceiling, building-wide glass windows. We could have sat on the deck, or inside, all day. The beach down the steep but short road begs for a walk along it to town or to lounge on the sand. The pool area provided a lot of fun too. The dining area and accommodated the eight of us comfortably. The bedroom suites felt large and beautiful. We enjoyed the capuchin monkeys visiting during the day. Unfortunately, we never spotted the resident sloth. The maid cleaning daily and doing our laundry was an unexpected bonus.

Absolute Perfection!

I wish I could give this 100 stars!!! Everything you will read in reviews is absolutely true and maybe even better if possible. Our family has traveled extensively all over the world and have stayed in VRBO homes. This home is possibly the very best due to the location and the beautiful house but even more...BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING ALEX, HEILYN AND JAIME!! Alex was responsive to any requests before AND during our stay. (he even offered to get cold medicine for me when I caught a cold!) He helped us arrange activities which were so much fun...so MUCH to do in Manuel Antonio! Heilyn is the housekeeper that will come every day (except Sundays and holidays) and she is the sweetest person ever! Always happy and smiling and she keeps the house impeccably clean! And having your laundry washed and folded everyday is a bonus you will love!!! Lots of wild life; cappucine and squirrel monkeys will visit every day, toucans in the trees outside the kitchen window, soaring macaws, and Heilyn helped us find a sloth in that very tree! Jaime kept the pool and deck areas sparkling clean so it was always a pleasure to spend time by the pool. The three of them took such good care of us and they truly felt like family. As you can see, we cannot praise this property and staff/family sufficiently. Highly highly highly recommended!

Family vacation

We spent 4 nights here with a group of 7 ages 17-75 and loved it. Property and views were beautiful; staff was great. Saw tons of wildlife just hanging around the house. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Experience

This property is all you need and more. Beautiful. Clean. Spacious. Well maintained. Close to everything. Host Alex and housekeeper Haley were wonderful and treated us like family. The house has a beautiful view facing the ocean but you are in the middle of lush greenery with the rain forest feel. Everyone everywhere was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it.

Wonderful property and excellent staff

We enjoyed ourselves so much at this beautiful property. It was as good as advertised, clean, well maintained, lovely views, close to the water and restaurants. And Alexander was a great host, very helpful with advice, excursion bookings and even booked us a chef so we could enjoy the wonderful accommodations even more. Cleaning staff was amazing, even did our laundry. This was a wonderful way to start our vacation in Costa Rica. It was hard to leave!

Amazing Property and Staff

This property was everything and more than we expected. A beautiful home, an excellent location close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. A wonderful pool and spa. Casa Alegria: A Secluded Paradise in Costa Rica

Casa Alegria wowed our family! Monkeys as our morning alarm, ocean views from everywhere, and a private pool after epic Manuel Antonio Beach days. The balconies were like nature balconies, spotting toucans, a sloth, and geckos galore. Luxurious with a jungle twist, this place is pure magic! The staff members were lovely and Alexander was attentive and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic

The house is spacious and beautiful. The view is amazing. It's a short walk down the hill to the beach and the walk back up is not as bad as expected. Alexander was easy to communicate with and Haley the housekeeper was wonderful. Location is great for everything. Sloths in the trees, monkeys and birds all around. I would come back here in a second. It would be hard to beat this home for the comfort, space, convenience, it just has everything.

Amazing house

The best house to be with the monkeys. Fabulous views, the girl came daily and the house was kept spotless!Alexander was there to greet us and show us keys and etc. the monkeys came every morning and late afternoon. Squirrel monkeys in the trees sound like birds chirping. Beautiful view of the ocean. There were 7 women and my 14 year old granddaughter. The pool was warm and clean, plenty of beach towels and blow ups for the pool. My only request would be a railing on the steps between the top floor and the 2nd floor. I would go back to this house any time I would visit the area. Such a beautiful stay.

Paradise :)

This was our 3rd time in the Manuel Antonio area, and by far, this is the best house we have stayed in. The house was spotless and very well furnished and our property manager, Alexander, was always available to answer any questions we had, as well as supplying us with the many things to do locally. The house has a spectacular view of the beach and ocean and you will find yourself just mesmerized by this view. Although hilly, you are a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and food shopping. Would highly suggest renting a car, if your adverse to hills though. Thank you for a great stay Alexander and we will certainly be back to this property!!

Monkeys, Sloths, and More!!

This house was an amazing experience. Monkeys in the trees, a resident sloth, and birds galore! Our host, Alex, and hostess, Haley, made our stay an absolute delight. We wanted for nothing. Cleanliness and beauty abound. The pool was so delightful in the evenings, too. Very spacious and provided plenty of separation between guests. Well-appointed kitchen and bedrooms. Right on the bus-line, too, so transportation into Quepos for dinner and sightseeing was easy, and the beach was a short walk away. This house was all and more than we imagined. Will definitely be back! Pura Vida!!

Amazing

The house is very spacious and well equipped. The pool was great. We saw so much wildlife right on the property there wasn’t much point going to the national park. The beach and the park were easily accessible. Alexander and his staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa Alegria. We would all love to go there again.

Great House Near Beach

The house is a quick walk down hill to the beach where there is a restaurant on the beach and lots of activities. You can either walk back up the hill or take a taxi up. It's close to all restaurants and shops in town. Perfect location. The staff is excellent! Alex will help with all info about the town and any excursions you want to take.

Absolute paradise

We loved everything about this property. Perfect location if you want a up close and personal wildlife experience. Our kids/young adults woke up early every morning to catch the capuchins and spider monkeys. There is also a sloth in the tree. The house is immaculately clean. Haley, the house cleaner is the best! She even helped us find the sloth in the tree. We were sad to leave the spectacular views, beautiful weather and wildlife.

thanksgiving holiday

We had a great time. The house was comfortable but could use some updating on furniture and lighting. The staff were amazing and you will definitely see monkeys!! The only real negative of the trip was the construction project directly below the house. They worked from 7AM to 7PM six days a week and made it almost impossibleto enjoy the pool and porch areas. Otherwise great stay.
