The hotel is beautiful very very very clean and staff is great ! I especially loved the new beds ! I also love the fact upon check out I can pay cash . I had a hard time doing just that a couple years ago .. nice to know they listened . Great place !

The hotel was clean. The staff at the front desk was fair (not bad or good). The bar staff was excellent. At some point , only one elevator was working and a large tour group was checking out . Therefore, it took 15 minutes to get an elevator down which made me and persons in my group late leaving.

Too close to the 60 freesy

Cons: At least have a location for coffee for in the morning other than the make your own in the room.
Location: Location is convenient but too close to the freeway so it is loud on the North side. Some good places to go for food and such but the traffic horrible
The most disappointing factor was that there was no Continental breakfast. You had to pay to have breakfast and there was not even a complimentary coffee station, just the one in the room that was like the ones in most other cheap motels. The bathtub faucet continued to drip continuously no matter how hard you tried to turn it off and the water would not drain as quickly as the shower head supplied it. There were only a few television stations and they were not worth watching except for the news. Because there was construction going on the parking lot was crowded and if you got in late it was difficult to park unless you parked by a "No Parking" sign and removed the cones. The furniture looked as if it was bought at a goodwill store.

Nice hotel but

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Bigger tv, get rid of the terrible cigarette smoke smell .
Location: Good location
Nice hotel but it smells of cigarette smoke when you step out of the elevators. Blow dryer didn't work it had to be changed out. Cleaning person didn't clean the coffee maker. The TV is very small for a hotel room. The room was comfortable.

Good Service n Clean

I enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn was pleased with the location and comfort of the Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Diamond Bar area.
