Great place to stay, definitely fulfilled my expectations and I will stay here again for my next NYC visit.
The location is amazing, 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. I got to NYC by train and it was very convenient for not having to drag my suitcase for a long distance. The staff was super friendly and made the check in and check out process super efficient (I also noticed some travelers arrived before check in time and they were happy to accommodate their needs, so that’s pretty great!)
I booked a single room with private bathroom and it is exactly as the pictures. Can feel a bit small at first but it’s very practical and it truly has everything you need. The room’s size was definitely not an issue for me as it’s very true to what the pictures illustrate
The hotel also has a coffee shop that opens at 7 am and they have some pretty good coffee if you want to grab something quick before stepping out
The only minor thing I would note is the elevators can be kind of slow and usually one was out of service, but it was no big deal and I only had to wait more than 5 minutes once
