The location of this hotel is fantastic. Theatres everywhere, even next door and across the street. Junior's right across the street. Within walking distance to many sights and museums, including MoMa, 5th avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Time's Square and more. Our room was large. We had a bit of a problem with it being too warm, and wished for a refrigerator. The shower was not warm enough and the sink water was scalding. You could not mixed hot and cold water to create warm, so you either burned or froze. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable, there was a in-room coffee and a desk and separate chair. I requested a chaise for my sleeping needs, and after two requests, one was provided. It's a very nice hotel, friendly staff, and best of all the location.

The rooms were nice and clean, but this hotel does not live up to the price. Its great for location but definitely an older hotel that shows. Front desk staff at check in were very rude and unwelcoming but check out staff were friendly. The bathtub was peeling, and the shower curtains had a very odd smell. Hot water did not last long enough for a shower.

My room on the 34th fl was surprisingly spacious, very quiet, and the bedding was perfect. The elevators are lightning fast and quiet. A coffee/fresh pastry bar in the lobby sold excellent coffee and delicious pastries. I requested late checkout until noon. The hotel is conveniently located to walk to Broadway shows, Lincoln Center or to midtown, and nearby subway is convenient to take trains to Museum Mile. The Broadway vibe is lively and fun!

Location is perfect - within walking distance of pretty much anything you could ask for. Room was nice, beds comfy and staff was great!

Property is in great location of Times Square but room dirty dust everywhere. Heat was stuck on my room was 76 called down to front desk and even explained it said service they didn’t even look at it and said nothing was wrong sent so water and a small fan and told me to open window. Every morning room would smell of cigarettes. They kept brushing me off and then upon check out they tried to over charge me by $75 called and finally spoke to someone to get fixed so let’s see if I see the money back. I would not stay her again
