1/2 cuadra de bulevar Palm, esta muy bien cuidada, acogedora casa de campo se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa. El patio trasero tiene un dosel de roble magn������fico; es difícil imaginar que este pabellón verde fresco tan cerca del sol, arena y surf. Tres dormitorios, casa de dos pisos en la tranquila calle sin salida entre 29 y 30 Ave en Isle of Palms, pero sin tr��fico a su puerta! Los pisos de madera, TV de pantalla plana, sal��n / comedor combinados (2 asientos de la mesa), cocina-comedor (con asiento de la tabla 6) se abre a 12x12 porche y terraza adyacente con parrilla de gas. Ducha de la playa. Ropa de cama incluida. Las mascotas son condicionales y deben ser aprobados por adelantado (cuota de mascotas no reembolsable de $ 200) .. No Fumar. Conexión inalámbrica a internet. TV por cable / DVD.

Beach house

It was extremely close to the beach. Its literally a 3min walk. The house was in a good location and the house was a good size. My thing about the house is that it wasn’t the cleanest. I don’t know if it’s ever been mopped but we spent so much time at the beach

Just what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After having to postpone or May beach vacation because of the pandemic, we rescheduled for the end of September. Perfect weather this time of year and of course, no crowds. Palm Ct. 7 was a place we’ve stayed at before because of its proximity to the beach, pet friendly, and price. Our little dog loves the house and the large backyard, but you’ll need a leash, it’s not fenced. All was great except the wifi/internet was unpredictable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, Island Realty is really nice to deal with. However, we felt that this particular property was inadequate in many ways. First, there wasn't enough kitchen supplies such as cookware, dishes glasses etc. and the knives were very dull, the drawer handles and fronts were sticky and visibly dirty, cupboards were in disarray, the bathroom shelves had hair on them, the outdoor deck needed swept and wiped off, the toilet upstairs was loose, the house smelled old and musty, the dryer was disconnected from the vent, the outdoor hose was split open, the driveway was all upheaved and there was garbage wood with nails in it in the island in front of the driveway that you would have to access to even exit the driveway due to a tree in the way. The screened in porch was dirty and there were multiple holes in the screens so it couldn't be used because the mosquitoes were really bad the week we were there. the outside of the house has mold growing on it and the garage. Not at all like the picture on the website.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach experience was fabulous, and the rental was OK for the most part. The house requires some remodeling as it, along with all appliances are simply outdated. Better quality bathroom tissue is a must...and the house needs desperate cleaning from the outside. The third step on back deck comes off every time it's used and presents a liability for owner, and danger for guest. Overall I had a different impression from what's shown on the website vs. what is actually there....thank you!

What a wonderful week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first we were surprised by how nice the house looked in spite of its age. The house was adequately supplied but we spent most of our time on the screened in back porch. I left a can of bug spray for the next folks 'cause they will need it to spend much time out in the beautiful back yard. (the porch is fine). Great Grill out back. Air conditioner worked well but it appears to be old and I was a bit concerned, however it did nicely in late April and Early May. I would definately go back but would still worry about the AC.
