Dirty, Run Down and Deceiving
This was quite possible the most disappointing property that I have ever stayed in. The photos were entirely deceiving and the property was very dirty. The mop located in the closet was black and clearly has not been replaced. The carpets were black and filthy and you couldn’t walk around without shoes on.The property is very dated and is in need of so much repair- the shower stalls are peeling- there is mold and grime on all exterior deck/fences/pool etc. The dishwasher was never emptied upon our arrival. The provided dishes and flatware was not only dated but also smelled so plans that we only ate of off paper plates and plastic utensils. The circuit breaker tripped when using the microwave and airfryer at the same time- these appliances are t even on the same outlet. I don’t understand how you could advertise a house good for groups up to 12 people and not have enough electricity available in a kitchen to cook for that many people.The internet was not working upon arrival and I had to figure out how to reset the network and then setup each TV to the internet. Once those worked other devices hooked up to WiFi still struggled with a spotty connection. If I had any indication at how rundown this property was I would have never stayed here. I would not recommend this booking, especially for the prices charged.
