Great Downtown Location

We attended a college baseball tournament at Daikin (Minute Maid) Stadium. Our rental was an easy 15 minute walk through the beautiful Discovery Green Park area. On the east side, where the rental was located, there were great breweries, restaurants , bar-grills and outdoor spaces. The rental is an easy walk to the convention center, Daikin, and Shell Energy Stadium, home of the Dynamo Soccer team. The rental was 3 levels. 2 flights of stairs - not the best for little kids, but we managed. The main middle level was really nice for a group. Plenty of space to gather and be together. Beautiful view of downtown from the balcony/picture windows. Main bedroom was beautiful-top floor. The other 2 bedrooms were on the bottom level. These rooms were spacious but needed a little updating. Very usable, just not as nice as the other 2 levels. Some things that we wish had been a little better:better stocked kitchen - very minimal spices/basics. No paper towels. One kitchen trash bag. Very little utinsils to eat with. One thing beyond the control of the location is that it is on a pretty busy street. The upper bedroom and one of the lower ones were on the street side. It was very loud even late at night and early in the morning. We used white noise and it was fine. We would definitely go back.

The home is large and the beds are comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was spotty and there were some issues with the showers.

Do not recommend

Property is NOT well maintained at all. Pictures are very misleading. Overall very dingy, mediocre clean, poor towels and linens, holes and scuffed up walls everywhere. Upstairs bathroom - the toilet didn’t flush and no water pressure. Not a good part of downtown Houston, extremely close to large homeless population. I should have just cancelled once I got there and I regret not doing so. The only decent part was there was a lot of space And the living room/kitchen area was good for hanging out together.

Great place to stay

Very beautiful place. Very clean & convenient location. It was 3 of us and so much space. The communication between myself and the mgmt team was good as well. If I'm in the Houston area, I will most definitely stay here again. I'll also recommend friends and other to stay here as well.

Perfect for business at the GRB!

This was perfect appropriate for coworkers vending at a convention at the George R Brown! Walkable. CVS across the street, Kroger just a few miles away. Noisey on nights when the Astros win, but understandable. The *only* complaint we had during our 8 day stay was that the walls are a little bare, making it quite echoey. Beautiful home, everything you could possibly need was provided. Thank you!

Superb stay

This property is gorgeous! Each bedroom has great Air conditioning, lighting, it’s own RestRoom and Shower, a TV w access to the basic apps, an extremely comfortable bed, and privacy. The decor was elegant-modern and very comfortable. My parents (71 and 65) and 2 children (10 and 7) LOVED this place. Just enough elegance, and the comfortable feel of home. I’m so happy we chose this place over a hotel. The stairs helped to separate and provide privacy for each of us. Management went above and beyond to confirm and communicate with me about our schedule and needed codes. I give this place 2 thumbs up, and 5/5 stars!

Rotary convention stay

We had a wonderful stay at this very cool home. Conveniently located within a short walk to the convention center, it made for an easy back and forth. The home has plenty of space and was very comfortable for our group. We had a couple of mechanical issues but the property manager was immediately responsive and available and handled it with kindness and professionalism.

Amazing Property and Amazing Property Owner.

The house was very clean and spacioua just as it was posted online. The owner was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. He also made sure I was good on being transported from the airport. Communication was outstanding and checking in was very easy. The owner also had a nice virtual concierge station that was set up in the house. Overall, I had an amazing experience.

Good, convenient spot

Beautiful, large and comfortable apartment. Location is very convenient, especially considering how spread out everything in Houston is, so it is quite nice to have a few places to eat and relax within a couple of blocks walking. The garage is a plus, as parking in Houston can be tough. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Houston.

Family weekend stay for a concert in the city

The townhome was beautiful and spacious. The owner of the home made himself available and was quite courteous. My only advice is that potential renters will need to take their time with the gates.

Convenient location

Down for a baseball trip and the location was less than a mile from the stadium. The condo was spacious and good for gathering. The AC would heat up to 80 each day, the property manager was very responsive and the temp would get to normal within a few hours.

Great weekend getaway

Girls weekend getaway. The home is spacious with 2 bedrooms on the ground level and a large master bedroom upstairs. Bathrooms were nice especially the master with the footed tub. Living/dining/ kitchen combo are the best part of the townhouse. Very nice space for everyone to hangout and not be on top of each other. Kitchen appliances are upgraded and very nice. The island is massive. It was a great space for everyone to hangout. The property was nice and surface level clean. The walls and cabinets could use some soap/bleach and water. The area was perfect as we were close to downtown and uptown. Easy access to highway. We couldn’t get the tv to work but the property manager responded very quickly. I definitely recommend this property.
