Beautiful place and location.

First time me and my girls have stayed somewhere outside of a hotel when traveling. It was such a great experience I don’t think we will go back to hotels again.

Storm warnings

Enjoyed the stay. One thing to mention is the tv streaming service seems to have no local Hot Springs, Arkansas live news coverage. The live stations on the the Direct service in the rental were out of Louisiana, therefore, there was no way to get updates on approaching life and property tornado and flood warnings on approaching storms for the area. This could be dangerous for your guests.

Thanksgiving holiday stay

My family spent the holiday with my youngest brother who lives in AR. The checkin prpcess was seamlesz, the response of the property manager was immediate and even one of the residents offered to take us out on his boat. An amazing time. manager mana

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this stay so much! It was our home away from home for the weekend! Very welcoming! We loved the board games and the grill put back made it very nice for our family! Thanks for the hospitality!

Good location only

Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is older and dingy. It was also not as clean as I would like. It says it sleeps 8 people however the couch beds are so terrible that our guests chose to sleep on the couch instead. The two beds in bedrooms are so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on a floor. There weren’t even enough towels to accommodate our 8 guests. After booking this place then I found out that you can’t turn the AC down lower than 70 which was a big issue for us because it gets hot at night. I would not book this place again!

Wonderful

We love the location of this condo. It had a view of the lake from the balcony. Loved the 2 sleeper sofas and bedrooms. Loved all the seating that was available with the 2 sleeper sofas and the other couch as well as a chair in living area. And it was right next to the pool. Would love to book here again.

Amazing location!

Great location! Cons: Not the cleanest place we have stayed. Things are old and a little worn out. The pull out couch was broken/ worn out springs. Only one parking spot. Pros: nice pool(for warm weather) Great Lake access , the apartment was bottom floor, could not hear people above us. the linens were all clean and the view from the porch was incredible! it was well stocked: toilet paper, towels, good dish selection in the kitchen with dish soap and everything you needed! Overall it was a great stay and good location close to everything in hot springs! 10 mins from race track! Would stay again!

Great Place

This was our 2nd stay at the condo and I expect that we will do it again the next time we visit Hot Springs. The condo is very nice with plenty of room for 4 adults. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Hamilton.

Good place to stay

Nice location and friendly neighbors. I tried to communicate with the contact listed in my email for questions during our stay but had no luck. I called and emailed with no response. This was concerning to me if we would have had a bigger issue happen but didn’t have support available. This would be my only complaint.

Very enjoyable stay in Hot Springs!

We enjoyed this place in Hot Springs. Very clean, spacious, well equipped in kitchen, bedding, bathroom items. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a king bed in one of the bedrooms. Nice family room and view off the deck of the lake. Only 2 steps to get into the unit and all on one floor which was a big deal for me. Kitchen had nice stove, frig and dishwasher. A real coffee maker and a Kuerig provided. Would recommend this place to stay!

A great get-a-way

We loved our time spent here. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings on the back deck looking at the lake. I also got to cook meals for the family and play games together. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to make it our home away from home get-a-way. ❤ the Duncan family

Had a wonderful time! Condo exceeded our expectations!

The process was verrrry simple. The property was immaculate, (a little problem with ants, but sprayed bug spray) sooo happy it was ground level and close to pool, as i have a problem with steps. Will definately rent again

Great place.

Our place was more then we expected. It was right on the lake and had a great view. It also put us close to everything we needed and wanted to do. If anyone wanted to visit Hot springs and needs a place to stay, I recommend this place.

Better than a hotel, but not much

The view is beautiful and the accommodations are adequate. However, our contact persons phone was disconnected. The unit was humid, hot, and had an awful smell. We discovered it was coming from the master bedroom closet. The handle on the freezer was loose, the pull out sofa bed had a spring broken and couldn't be slept on. Therefor some of our guests ended up sleeping on the couch. The pool is closed until Memorial Day which was also disappointing. There were multiple other small issues and no one to contact other than a maintenance man we found on property who told us where the additional parking was. We wouldn't stay here again.
