DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is in no condition to be rented out. It is hazardous, disgustingly dirty and run down. I wish I could upload pictures and videos to this review as evidence, because it is unbelievable. Two of the sliding glass doors (bottom level) were left unlocked upon our arrival-the one at the front, leading to the parking lot, had a faulty lock and would not securely close, creating a major security issue. Additionally, the thermostat was locked. Temperatures were 90+ degrees and 100% humidity. Come nighttime we were all sweating in bed – no one could get any sleep due to the heat. There was a pile of sand in the foyer and in the corner of a guest bathroom upstairs, brown substance on bath towels (these were not old stains – either way, unacceptable), clusters of dust/dirt/dead insects/hairs along baseboards and under beds, clothes left in closet from previous guests, hair on bed pillow, thick layers of dust on ceiling fans. We didn’t even want to use the fans at night, to help with the heat, because we would have been covered in dust in bed if we turned the fan on. The moment we arrived my son took his shoes off, and within minutes his socks were brown and had literal dust balls all over them. I refuse to believe this place was cleaned for us, let alone in the past few months prior to our arrival. The place was very rundown. The toilet chain in the master bath is broken, and had to remove the top of the tank and reach for the chain every time we needed to flush. The toilet also ran water 24/7, making it very noisy, and another element that made it hard to sleep. Every metal accessory in all the bathrooms were completely rusted. The frame to one of bathrooms was even rusted, which is hazardous. Many of the vertical blinds where missing or broken. There was an exhausting amount of correspondence between the management company (Evolve Management), and the property manager – it completely consumed me and stressed me out the entire time. The manger had someone clean (only) the areas we brought up, along with providing new linens, while we were out. The “new” towels that were provided had pubic hair on it and another one was entirely covered in brown stains. I also come to find, after the cleaner came, 2 items went missing from my make-up bag, as well as 2 items from my friend’s make-up bag. Nothing ever got resolved, and then we have missing items. This was hands down the worst vacation of my life.
