Plantation is family friendly but condo was not as we were hoping inside.

Their were a few concerns mold by ceiling vent in hallway, floors were dirty, we had to call to have enough towels per guests staying, blown light bulbs

The condo was in a great location for where we needed to be and the pricing was good. Did not feel the condo was the cleanest and the furnishings were a bit worn. Great view. Several of the swimming pools were close so that put all the occupants in one pool - a little crowded and babies in the pool as the kids pool was closed

Good Beach Condo

Rental process was easy and we found the property to be as advertised. It is a standard condo experience, so several loud neighbors who paid no attention to quiet hours. Ownership was in good contact before and after our rental time. I would recommend using this company, Vacasa.

Family friendly atmosphere

The view is awesome, loved the family friendly atmosphere and open grassy areas for kids to play and mingle with other kids. The sassy bass bar/restaurant on site was really nice to go grab a drink on the way to the beach. Loved that there was chair rentals and Jetski/banana boat rentals right out front too. The resort itself is nice and I would stay there again. This particular unit was dirty upon arrival. There was ketchup on the kitchen floor and patio floor, vent covered in dust, milk left in fridge, coffee pot not cleaned out. I contacted Vacasa and never got a resolution or a response from the “local team”. This is beyond frustrating considering we arrived in town hours early and were told unit was not available until 4pm due to “cleaning”. Other than the dirtiness, the unit is very nice and roomy. There are 2 private balconies outside of the rooms with the bigger beds and that was a nice additon. The unit had quite a bit of cooking utensils available for use so we were able to grill out by the pool and make sides in the room. The room also had a really nice collection of beach toys/floats for use that the kids loved to play with.

Great place for relaxation and fun

We really enjoyed our stay at Plantation Palms. Great location, just a short walk to white sandy beaches. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Communication was great. Loved it!

Fit our needs great!

Great location with easy access to the pools, beach, hot tub and tennis courts. We had two teenage children and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Would definitely go back!

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Couldn’t check in on time because cleaning staff “forgot” to clean it. Management did buy us dinner, that was nice. Got a call from management..:not about checking in BUT, the washer and dryer are NOT WORKING. Gave us compensation, fine. Checked in three hours later, went to pull out the sofa sleeper for the kiddos…steel frame is broken. Mattress goes to the ground in one corner. Ugh. When does it end? Called the next day; they “put in a work ticket” but never came to fix it. Slept 4 to a bed with me going to the couch every night. (Came home with back ache). Pillows are super cheap and flat, linens are cheap, only 3 forks in the silverware tray (seriously for 8 people?). Minimal cookware, GET CONE FILTERS FOR COFFEE MAKER NOT BASKET FILTERS), closest grocery store to carry those is Walmart 30 minutes away, just FYI! Basketball court is off limits because of construction. Really, not a Karen here but for that much money…coulda been better!!! We left early because of the tropical storm that came in. It was clean and convenient. There were plenty of towels to shower with. Facilities clean, pools were nice.

Wonderful Property

This is a great condo that is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and tub were nice as well and the beach access was maybe a 3 minute walk away. Prior to finding this property, we had a very bad experience with Turnkey misrepresenting another property and then not allowing us to cancel our reservation. Our only option was to find another TurnKey property or forfeit the money we had already spent.

last minute get away

The condo was beautiful, just as pictured on the listing. It was clean and appeared well cared for. The beach and the pools were amazing, never overly crowded. The negatives were the master bed,it was very firm, almost like sleeping on the ground, pretty uncomfortable. It is a little bit of a drive to get to the main strip where resturants are. Other than that everything was wonderful.

It was a great vacation!

Everything was great! Beautiful location, gorgeous views. The only two things I would say were negative were I tried to message the property manager several times through VRBO to ask if the hotel had beach and umbrella rental available on the beach but never got a response. The other would be that the housekeeper knocked in our door at 9am to clean and we were still trying to pack up to leave at checkout time which was 10am. Aside from that we had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone.

Exceeded Expectations

My family came from different areas to relax on the beach. It was a beautiful property, clean throughout, with an easy walk down the pier to the water. It was all we imagined. When we discovered a clogged bathroom drain, the manager quickly sent someone out to remedy the situation. The door lock was a bit confusing but we figured it out. The parking lot attendant was welcoming and friendly each time we came in. It's a bit of a drive to the store but not too bad. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

This place is great!

One problem is we couldn’t get someone on the phone to tell us where and How to get into the indoor pool. We fortunately found random key fobs and just guessed at the pool! Also the kitchen didn’t have measuring cups, tongs, Tupperware, and a few other things that were really needed since we were in quarantine and couldn’t go out to eat! But overall this place was great to stay at and I would recommend it to any of my friends!

Beautiful Condo

We did not know what to expect upon arrival, because we had never stayed at the Plantation Palms. We were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and the location could not have been better. Just the right distance from the main part of town to make it easily accessible. We definitely recommend this condo.
