Very nice

We really enjoyed everything. Rooms were clean, view was great. Would of been nice to have a dishcloth to wipe counters, and hot mitts to remove things from stove/oven. The dish soap and dishwasher soap was a great asset as well as bathroom soaps were nice.

Winding roads, but great views!

The drive to the cabin is very winding, but the view of Ober mountain is great! While driving, we did see a mama bear and 3 cubs walking alongside the road not too far from the cabin. The cabin had plenty of towels for both bathing and using the hot tub, which was much appreciated. The master bathroom shower is very nice, but the area near the vanity is small. Additional towel hooks/bars in every bathroom would be nice. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub everyday. The loft ceilings are angled and lower, so just watch your head when playing pool. (They do have shorter sticks so you don't hit the walls.) Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again.

Wintertime in Gatlinburg

We had a wonderful stay at Jen's Bear Cub cabin. It was a great place to call our “home” for five days after touring Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had great views of the Smoky Mountains every day. The ski slope down below us was pretty active but not a distraction to our wintertime stay. The King size bed is super comfortable. Nice having the streaming TVs. All of the light switches were well labeled. The two showers were nice and big. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The cabin is higher up in the mountains and made for a lot of turns and hills driving up to it as is noted in the writeup. This drive was worth it for the location and the great views. This time of year, was great to visit the National Park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge because there were not the huge tourist crowds you see in the summer months. It was much more relaxing and easier to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Quick stop for the night

Great views although the fog and snow obstructed as high as we were. Hot tub would be nice to have heated at check in, jets & buttons worn out. Overall good night

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed Bear Cub Cabin. Very clean and cozy. Rental agent Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and very attentive.Overall a fantastic Christmas!

Breathtaking View

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in the mountains. My husband and I took our daughter and her best friend for her 16th birthday. The cabin itself was immaculately clean, with every corner spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the space for guests. The real standout, though, was the view. The cabin is perfectly situated to offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. You can view the top of Ober Gatlinburg right on the deck! Whether it was morning fog or a sunset over the peaks, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot for creating lasting memories, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our daughter’s milestone birthday. Jennifer was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m sure this trip will be one that we’ll all cherish for years to come and cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Views and Amazing Property

My family and I really enjoyed our time. The cabin was beautiful, well stocked, and large enough for our whole family. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the cabin was so cozy. Will definitely look nowhere else when staying in Gatlinburg.

Fabulous Cabin and Views!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Had everything we needed. The views are fantastic. I could sit on that deck all day long. We were in town for 4 nights for a wedding and enjoyed coming home to this cozy cabin every evening. Communication with the host was great, there are no ridiculous check-out requirements, and there’s tons of room! One suggestion: make sure you pick up dinner/breakfast/meals/snacks while in town if you are planning to eat at the cabin Because it’s a long way up and down! DoorDash is available, but the fees are crazy high. The younger girls in our party were going to DoorDash a dozen KrispyKreme donuts, , but with fees it was going to be $34!! lol! There is a pizza delivery place that delivers up the mountain though. Great trip! Awesome cabin!

Fantastic Cabin with great mountain views

This is our second stst in this cabin. It is set up perfectly for 5 people with enough space for family time and for everyone to take a break. Ober Mountain is 5 minutes away and Gaitlinberg and Pigeon Forge are also close with so much to do for everyone. The cabin has a kitchen that has everything to cook for the family. We really enjoyed our time.here ajd will be back!

Great long weekend!

Property was very accessible from downtown Gatlinburg. Nice easy drive from being out late in the evenings. Jen the owner was very attentive and helpful to anything we needed. Mountain view was great!

Nice cabin, beautiful views.

Overall very nice cabin. While on a map it appears close to town it is a ways out there. My wife was getting car sick from the winding roads but the view was worth it. There was a bush growing in front of the view that would have been better if it was cut down a bit. Only complaint is the cabin was hot when we arrived and it struggled to keep the upstairs comfortable (we were there during hot August weather). Hot tub was not really useable because the lid is water logged making it too heavy to fully take off.
