Plenty of room and GREAT location.

Apartment was nice and clean. Great location right off of the main strip! the only thing that I can recommend is that there needs to be more of a notice for the elevator that is located by the pool. My wife did not like the driveway. Also, the Driveway to the parking lot was freshly re-paved while we were there which is nice if you prefer to walk.

Great Stay

This condo worked perfectly for our family. The pool & hot tub were nice. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the parkway & there is also an elevator to the parkway.

Need new cleaners

3 light bulbs burnt out Bar stools needed tighten up before sitting on them Pans still had food caked on them Toilet leaked in main bathroom Blind was tore off and shoved in closet We had to replace batteries in the thermostat Mold in master bath I am a home inspector and my daughter has her own cleaning business, just very disappointed in the upkeep because it is a beautiful property and would love to stay again.

It was just ok….

This condo complex is the most perfect location in Gatlinburg! However, this unit is far from perfect. The toilet in the master bathroom was nasty. The blinds covering the sliding glass door in the master was missing several panels, half, and facing the street. I reported these things as soon as we got there and was told someone would be contacting me. I still haven’t heard from them. The decor was lack lust at best. I just feel like for what it cost to stay there, it could’ve been cleaner.

We chose this property because of location. We paid more than other options because this is where we wanted to be. Once we arrived, street access difficult: this was our only disappointment. The unit was clean and well kept.

Summit Manor Condo

I have stayed at multiple Summit Manor condos and this one is very much like the others. It could have been a little cleaner in the bathrooms but was not bad. What was bad is the condition of the grounds around the condo buildings. While this has nothing to do with the actual condo we stayed in, the litter and trash that was scattered all around the property and parking lot make the entire complex look bad. Whoever is responsible for property maintenance and upkeep needs to be replaced. If the owner of this condo sees this review they need to do something about property maintenance since this reflects poorly on them. The lower ratings I left are due to this.

Wonderful first time in Gatlinburg

Location was great, had a wonderful time. Everything was in walking distance and convenient to the main drag. 1/2 hour to Pigeon Forge, had a great time. Biggest problem was the washer broke Tuesday and we made a call to Vacasa they had someone come out Wednesday to look at it and said it needed a specialist to come fix it, they would send someone for Thursday and they would call me with a confirmation and never got a phone call and it was NOT fixed prior our departure. I did inform them we would be out all day Wednesday and Thursday so they would NOT be interfering in our vacation, but nothing. That was very disappointing because we cancelled another condo to have an “in condo” washer/dryer and went home with a lot of dirty clothes.

Nice

The property and views were amazing from the room. While cooking in the kitchen, the breaker continuously kept tripping in both the kitchen and front bed room. The toilet seat in master was also cracked before our stay so it wasn’t fixed before we checked in. While sitting on said toilet it would pinch our skin. Other than those few thing, the stay was great, super cozy. Parking needs to be a little easier. It’s such a tight fit in the parking spots.
