House is spacious and well laid out. Nice kitchen. Beds clean and comfortable.Arrived to very overgrown front yard, unknown Walmart delivery by door, overflowing mailbox.Looks like purchased as a fixer-upper but ran out of money and used shoddy materials and workmanship. Some of the furniture is worn and broken. No pulls on cupboards or drawers made them hard to open.SMOKE DETECTORS NOT INSTALLED, SITTING IN BASKET ON COUNTER.Carpet, it's very lumpy and uneven with deep indents around air vents.Oven very dirty. Pans (only a few) were greasy. No dish towels/pot holders. Screen on kitchen window broken. Kcup side of coffee maker had used cup in it and reservoir hadn’t been emptied of murky water.Front bedroom unusable as fan bangs against something continually. Shower curtain in front bath was discolored and moldy at the bottom, pink scrunchy hanging on controls was off putting.Garage and a couple other remotes didn’t work, we didn’t check the batteries, left all of them in the basket with the smoke detectors.No railing on the stairs is especially concerning since upstairs geared to children. One has to leave the downstairs light on to get upstairs safely. Toilet seat upstairs missing a bolt.Some lights/fans came on at random times as if on timers.No written greeting, notebook, or instructions. so did usual stuff (trash out, bedding/towels piled, swept, put everything back). Then we locked up and left.
