She locked us out
Owner of property insisted on remote open and close of the property using a digital lock yet didn’t provide the code only a key and when we got there on the last night of our stay not only were we locked out but also our neighbors who rented the apartment next to us. She Didn’t respond to our phone calls or texts until the following morning so we ended up having to get a hotel and spend the wothout our belongings, which were locked into the apartment. Still waiting on an adequate resolution, but one of her comments almost implied like it was our fault. Our reservation clearly had us checking out the following day and she never texted or let us know that she was checking us out at which point we would’ve been able to stop her. She could’ve double checked her records for the correct check out day and this would’ve all been avoided very poor communication on her part
