The getaway we needed.

Unit was prefect for our needs. Enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance, the beach chairs and umbrella, and the cool sand. Had a great time.

Weekend review

Upon checking in, nothing was mentioned regarding remodeling taking place on our unit. Walk up to the door and painters paint lining the door, lock pad, and handle. Nothing says wet paint, no one around to ask or see doing any work. Thankfully the paint is dry, yet how were we to know. The front panel of the ice maker is not properly attached and did not work. Pool tools are not provided. These are little things however when we stay at condos every couple months and find these same things are not happening or if do happen, you are told, it warrants letting the association and owners know.

Great for a getaway!

This condo was in a great location, it was SUPER clean and the front desk staff were very accommodating. My friends and I came down for a birthday celebration and had an awesome time! The only snag was that the heated pool was out of service which we weren’t informed about until the day of, but they did let us check in early and check out late to accommodate the inconvenience. The area was lovely and the food was great everywhere we went. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Love this place

This is our first time booking an apartment resort rental and ut us way better than booking a hotel that will eat up your money! This apartment is Clean and comfy.. most things that we needed are provided. The dishwasher is working. The aircon functions well too . The laundry is great and convenient. The beds feel comfy when we slept. The resort is really nice too! We Had lots of photo in this resort! Highly recommened

Great Mardi Gras break getaway!

Wonderful location, amenities and convenience. The unit has everything you need (and more) for a wonderful vacation stay at Fort Walton Beach. We will definitely be returning soon!

Great location, lots of room, easy check in/out

We loved this unit even though it's at the very far end from the beach. For four adults it was great! Can't beat two large rooms with king beds and both with its own spacious full bathroom! So much better than a hotel room. Still had a view of the ocean on both sides from the balcony. Also loved that all we had to do at check out was take the trash out and load the dishwasher.

Fantastic with a couple caveats

Property was spotless and very easy to access from parking but... Bathroom lighting was awful for makeup application. Handheld shower heads would make showering sand out of crevices so much easier. The mattresses were awful. One kid opted for the couch over the bunk bed and by the time our 5 night stay was over my bum shoulder was nearly unusable. One of the drying racks was so broken it was unusable. I'd stay at this site again in a heartbeat, the kids LOVED the pools, but maybe not this room.

Great quick getaway..

We loved our stay.. very comfortable, ample space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great amenities. Just one minor incident on communication, we weren't told someone was going over to fix our AC and scared my mom.. But overall all other communication was great.

Great stay!

A 535 is in the far corner of the property on the fifth floor but still not too far from the pool and beach. The room itself is really nice, clean and big. Balcony view is of The parking lot but that was ok. My 5 kids, husband and I had plenty of room here. You can walk on the beach to the pier, shopping and restaurants. I recommend Floyd’s shrimp house for all you can eat shrimp 4 PM to 6 PM, and the Crab Trap for the crab dip. Bring tongs and a lighter if you wanna use the grills- plenty of grills at the pool. I also recommend bringing a small cooler, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent and dryer sheets. Very convenient having washer and dryer In the unit. Publix grocery store is 5 mins drive. We had a great time and would love to come back!!

Great property!

We loved our stay at the Waterscape. Our condo had everything we needed plus. It was perfect size for our family of 5. It was also decorated super cute with nautical theme. The pools were clean and it was awesome to have the Fudpuckers bar. We’ve stayed in many local hotels when going to this area and never rented a condo but was pleasantly surprised at how much easier/nicer it is to stay in a condo. Where this condo is located was super convenient for parking in the garage and just walking right into the condo. Wouldn’t mind staying in this condo again, like I said parking/unloading very convenient but would love to find one with beach or pool view too. The only thing I would’ve changed about our stay is staying longer! We will definitely be returning, cant come soon enough!

Great vacation

Everything was great except the condo air conditioning unit was too small and it would get very warm (up to 78 degrees) in the afternoons. Management was super and had someone check the unit immediately and brought box fans and knocked off $$$ for the problem.
