Canal front living

This Canal front home was a perfect escape for our family. The home was very clean and full of all essentials you could possibly need. The owners did an excellent job providing many entertainment options for us to use during our stay. For example fishing poles, bicycles, kayaks and pool floats. We spent a majority of our time on the back porch, in the swimming pool and fishing off the dock. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and easily docked it at the house. We were all so very comfortable in this home and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing!

This home was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation. We were able to rent a boat and keep it right at the house tied up to the huge dock. The kids were even able to catch a few fish in the canal. The house had everything for the perfect beach day or just hanging out relaxing by the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect family vacation rental.

Fabulous experience

We couldn't think of a better house, host, location or experience for our family getaway. The quality of the furniture, dishes, appliances, everything really, made this house stand out from so many others I have stayed in. Our host was always available to talk and answer questions. Rent this for your family!

We couldn’t be happier with this house and how accommodating it was for our family. They had everything you needed to cook meals in the kitchen, enjoy the dock with the fishing poles and chairs provided out back, there were beach towels, a cooler and beach toys to use for trips to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach which weren’t too far of a drive. Overall we had a great trip and we thank the Boland family for their hospitality.

Very Nice Vacation

My wife, 9 month old, and I were looking to get out of the snow for a week and just needed a nice, clean house and a pool. We found this listing and it ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was well kept and heated. It was the perfect vacation and we'll look to return next year ( or maybe in a couple months if we get the itch again.) Not that we needed anything but Bill ( the host) was also easily accessible and a joy to deal with. We would highly recommend the property.

BEST house for a big family.

First let me start by saying how CLEANED this place was. Every room was extremely clean. That’s an absolute must and the standards were definitely met. Bill and Carol place was family friendly. They had just about everything you would need for kitchen basics, bathroom, pool, entertainment. They had stuff for the beach if you wanted a beach day. I do wish that they had dressers, small trash can and TVs in each bedroom but that’s understandable. Something you can definitely go without. We left some pool toys behind for the next guest. The kitchen window that opens up to the patio is great! Such a perfect & cute idea for entertaining. It’s perfect for two people or a big family of 8. Don’t wait any longer and purchase this rental! I’m going to highly recommend Bill and Carol happy place to many people who want a relaxing vacation. We hope we get to enjoy this place again in the future.

Excellent Location & Great Property

The house was amazing. From the heated pool to the extra kitchen items (foil pans, seasoning, cleaning supplies) that were there made all the difference. Plenty of towels for use and washer/dryer available was Benyond wonderful. Loved not having to worry about losing a key for the door, code was much easier! Highly recommend and will use again. Bill was a pleasure to speak with and he answered all our questions.

Spring getaway

Our stay at this home in Cape Coral was fabulous! We loved the outdoor setting with the pool and view of the beautiful canal. The pool water temperature was perfect and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We tried different eating places, both takeout and dining in and had positive experiences for both. Our trips to the beaches were a breeze with the chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella provided. It made it much more enjoyable, knowing we had our own things to use! Our only suggestion to the property management team would be to provide facial tissues & hand soap for the bathrooms. Secondly, it would be nice to have lamps in the master bedroom so if someone wants to read in bed, they don't have to use the overhead lights. In addition, the kitchen did not have any 9x13 pans, so cooking meals without it made it a bit of a challenge. All in all, it was absolutely perfect! Also, thank you Bill for your quick response and answering questions!

Beautiful Place to Enjoy the Florida Sunshine

This place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. They missed no detail with this property. A beautiful outdoor pool, a wonderful dock for watching the boats and fishing, a kitchen that has everything you could need, an outdoor patio for meals outside, comfortable beds, lots of towels, and tons of little extras that reduced our number of trips out to target (like dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, laundry soap, toilet paper, baggies, etc). My mother in law raved about her bed every morning and wants to buy the same mattress for her house! The house was spotless and many of the kitchen supplies are like new. Bill was the perfect host with great communication. We strongly recommend this property, you will love it!
