Fort Myers Beach is open for business, the sand has been sifted and beach is ready for you. It is recommended you do where water sandals when walking the beach. Full beach rejuvenation scheduled for March-April 2024. Please be aware dining and shopping will be limited this year along the beach.

Kitchen fully stocked with most cookware-appliances you may need should you decide to cook. This is a direct gulf-beach view ... not a side view. Sit just about anywhere in condo and watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swim by. Not to mention the fabulous sunsets!

King bed and twin sleeper sofa, 48" TV rotates for living and bedroom viewing, in-unit secure Wifi, private balcony to watch the sunrise and set over the Gulf of Mexico. Building has 2 elevators so no waiting, laundry in lobby, BBQ grill off lobby area with beachside tables.
There is a beach umbrella and several chairs and beach cart provided for your convenience. Truly only a few steps to the almost private beach! Condo is in Building C, for those regulars here.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
* Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
* Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
* Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
