Location, location, location—this place certainly has that, with a spacious layout and a fantastic view. Gaby was excellent with communication—quick, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.The pictures must have been taken some time ago because they don’t reflect the current state of the property. While the beds were comfortable, the place is showing signs of wear and is in desperate need of repairs and redecorating. We noticed smoke detectors had been deactivated, and light fittings had exposed wires, which raised safety concerns. There were also bubbles in the floor, posing a trip hazard.The cleaning left a lot to be desired. It appeared that only the minimum was done. We found tissue under the bathroom cabinet, dirty light switches, fingerprints on the doors, and the old security keypad was filthy.This property has great potential, but its lack of maintenance made it feel like poor value for money. For 2,222.88 for a 3-night stay, the accommodation didn’t meet expectations, and we were disappointed by the condition of the property.
