Evolve are TERRIBLE!!!!!
Upon our arrival, the house had not been cleaned. Dirty linens on the floor, bathrooms were dirty, no clean towels, beds had not been made up. It took hours for our property manager, Jamal, to get back to us. He told us the cleaning team would be there soon and about 90 minutes later, they arrived. Due to insurance regulations, however, we had to leave for two plus hours while they cleaned the house. By the time we were allowed back in the house, it was after 10:00pm. The next morning we awoke and decided to go for a swim. NOPE…the pool had a scummy film on the surface and algae on the pool floor. We notified Jamal on Monday and the pool cleaners arrived about 1:00pm…on WEDNESDAY. Due to the algae, the pool had to be shocked and was now unusable until Thursday. As “goodwill gesture” they refunded TWO days of the pool heat charges. You read that right, we couldn’t use the pool Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and as GOODWILL GESTURE, they refunded two days of pool heating charges. Personally, I will NEVER book a stay that Evolve is part of in any way ever again.
