Perfect!

My family of 4 planned a mini spring break vacation in DFW and stayed at this property, it was perfect! We let our two kids each bring a friend so there was 6 of us total and the property had plenty of space and is in a prime location. Grabdscape is 5 minutes or less away which offers tons of things to do for all ages. J&T quickly responded to my messages when I had a few questions. Would definitely recommend and book this property again!

Sweet Spot

This was such a sweet spot we had cheer comp at The Star, it was seriously 10 minutes away! Just perfect away from all the traffic but close enough to everything!!! It was clean quiet and had everything we needed! We come back in April and are praying to book it again!

Just what we needed

We were visiting family in Dallas with our 1 yr old son, and found this to be the perfect place. It was a great location for things to do and the apartment itself was wonderful for him to run around in. Only suggestion would be a few more blankets for the living room and some towels! Thank you. If we come back, we will def stay here!

Great place to rest!

My stay was more for a rest from my daily responsibilities and this place fit the purpose! Nice and quiet. Very clean and orderly. I would choose this place again.

Great Location

The property is in a great location and the owners were very helpful and responsive. The unit could use a deep clean and lacks bells and whistles. The unit wasn’t stocked with necessities adequate for two people who stated nearly one week.

Just as advertised

We had a great stay at Jamie and Tariens’s place. They were excellent communicators and responded immediately to help sort out an issue with the VRBO app messaging. Everything was exactly as advertised and we chose to get a covered parking spot which was very helpful in the heat. Convenient location and everything we needed.

The Colony Family Vacay

Jamie and Terian were excellent host and communicated effectively and were very clear in their directions. We enjoyed the area very much and loved relaxing by the pool in the evenings! We highly recommend staying at this property and plan to visit again in the future!

Great, convenient location!

Very good location with an abundance of entertainment and great food within 5 min! Hosts do an excellent job of communicating and ensuring your stay is stress free and you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Nice place/location

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and in walking distance to restaurants/bars. There was a problem with the blinds in one bedroom, I let the owners know. They called maintenance, but they never showed up. Also, the glass top stove needed some cleaner for it (I have one and know it takes a special cleaner), but there wasn't any in the place. Those were the only minor problems. Otherwise it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Love the balcony.. that is the best reason to go here instead of a hotel room where you are not allowed fresh air generally. I dont think we had any complaints about the room.. the apartment is very compact but plenty of places for us to sleep and a good TV setup. Will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in The Colony visiting family and this was the perfect location to do so! We were close to their house while also being able to go out and do our own sightseeing. Beautiful apartment and perfect for our needs!

Comfortable & convenient

Excellent communication from host, comfortable and well stocked apartment. Everything was there including the reusable ice blocks for our day trips!!! Full washer & dryer, real beds (mattress & box spring), generous amounts of soap & detergents. Reserved parking is worth the small extra charge to have a designated, covered space close to the Unit. It is a second floor unit without elevator access for those with mobility issues.

This was great for our family! We were in town for a wedding so having a place to spread out with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was a big blessing. The location was nice and the complex felt very secure and well kept. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Clean and modern

Very roomy unit with 2 spacious bathrooms and large bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable space was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked flawlessly. Property was secure and well lit with plenty of parking. There is a play area with a small field and a large pool that was great for the kids. We found that people in the community were friendly and helpful. The property is only minutes from great restaurants and the Grandscape which was fun for the entire family.
