Nuestra casa tiene 3 habitaciones (dos con camas King size), 2 baños y una piscina (sin calefacción). Todas las sábanas y toallas están incluidas. También está disponible una cocina completa con ollas, sartenes, platos, utensilios, olla de barro, etc. Se proporcionan toallas y juguetes para la piscina. En nuestra casa se puede encontrar una cuna, una trona portátil y juguetes para los más pequeños. Juegos, libros y DVD están disponibles para su uso.

¡Pisos recientemente renovados en la sala de estar, el comedor y el dormitorio principal!

Un corto paseo en bote hasta el golfo, los bancos de vieiras, la bahía de Kings y el río Salado, donde se puede pescar, nadar con los manatíes y cazar vieiras. La rampa para botes más cercana está a ~ 3/4 millas por la carretera. La casa se encuentra a poca distancia del Parque Estatal Arqueológico Crystal River y del Parque Estatal Crystal River Preserve.

Ofrecemos kayaks y SUP para su uso, así como 3 chalecos salvavidas para adultos, 1 para jóvenes y 1 para niños. Tenga en cuenta que si usa los kayaks y SUP desde el muelle, es un viaje de un día COMPLETO al área de Springs / Bay, donde se ve a la mayoría de los manatíes. Si desea navegar en kayak o SUP cerca de Three Sister’s o King’s Bay, le sugerimos cargar los kayaks o SUP en su camioneta e ir al Parque Hunter Spring, donde hay un lanzamiento gratuito para embarcaciones autopropulsadas. Tenga en cuenta que también puede haber una pequeña tarifa de estacionamiento. Amazing

We had the best time here! The house had everything needed. We brought our boat so the dock was a plus! The owners answered me right away with any question I had. I highly recommend staying here. Would absolutely come back! By far my favorite Crystal River trip yet!

Mini spring break

I came to Crystal River with my 2 daughters and my grandchildren for the tail end of their spring breaks. Being right on the water was perfect, even with chilly weather. The kayaks and paddle board were much appreciated and well used, and we were able walk to the nearby state park. We also discovered a new crowd pleaser game (LOTS of games available)- Apples to Apples! Great memories made!

Perfect Place

This is our 4th year staying here and we love it! It’s in a perfect location and the dock can accommodate our 21’ boat and our sons 17’ boat. Plenty of room for the trailers. The house is always clean and they added a cute manatee mural in the dining room. With 6 of us there is plenty of room where you’re not bumping into each other. The pool is an added bonus! I love that I can bring my fur baby. We had a little emergency with her, so if you ever awesome!

Family time

This was a perfect place for our big family, there was plenty of room for everyone. We brought 2 boats and the dock accommodated them great and we also had our 2 dogs, having the state park right there was a nice area to walk them.😊

Another great trip

We had another great trip at this house. It’s a great location and has plenty of parking for trailers. If there are a lot of boats in the canal, it is usually easier to just back the boat into the dock. The pool is great and stays cool, which is much needed after a long day of scalloping and fishing.

Great Family Stay

We had a wonderful family trip. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking for the boat and trailer with a nice floating dock. Loved having the pool to come back to cool off after being out on the water. I would highly recommend.

Love this home

This is the 3rd time we have rented this home and it won’t be the last. Great home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, easy trip out to the main river and then to the scalloping grounds or the fishing areas. The owners are great when it comes to communication and helping in any way that they can. Highly recommend

Perfect little getaway!

The pictures don't do this property justice! Great house, comfy beds, pool toys and plenty of life jackets for all sizes for using the kayaks and paddle board. Loved the proximity to the archeological state park and preserve state park. Great for an evening stroll with the pups or a good run on the 7 mile loop!

Best Spring Break Ever!

When arriving from a long day of travel we enter a manatee sanctuary. The house is warm and inviting with everything to make a memorable stay possible. We utilized the crockpot to its fullest potential coming home to a warm meal after our explorations and adventures. The boys fished off the dock. We had a night paddle in the canals (I brought the lights for the kayaks). Not to forget the every other moment to pop into the pool. Great location, comfort, and layout!

Had an excellent time in Crystal River, and this home was part of the enjoyment! Split bedroom plan works well for family or friends traveling together. Home is very clean and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to returning in the near future!

CR house

The house was fine. We were not happy about the bugs - noseeums were very unpleasant in the pool area. Apparently the screens don’t keep them out. So really made that space unusable. The weather didn’t cooperate - cold and rainy so we couldn’t use the pool since it is unheated. Didn’t appreciate having to wait around to put the towels in the dryer either. Also there were only two washer pods - so we had to buy more because we had to wash the towels. Kayaks were nice. The house was clean.

Great place! Great location!

Our group was 4 adults and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room! Comfortable beds! The location was so nice for walking the dogs, as there is a trail and park right down the road. Everything else is only 10-15 minutes away. Only thing missing was salt and pepper in kitchen, but that was the only thing to fuss about! 😊 Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

This is our third time staying at this beautiful house and we booked it again for next year. We always have a good time staying here. The pool is very refreshing after a long day out in the boat scalloping and fishing. The Archaeological Park is not far from the house and it’s a very cool place to check out. I love the dock and there is plenty of room to park your vehicles and trailer. The owners are easy to get ahold of if you ever have any issues. Love, love, love this place!
