Quick getaway

Both of our kids were home from college at the same time, I booked our stay 24 hours before and it was amazing! Great location. All amenities from the bedding, pillows, ac, washer, dryer were perfect. We will definitely be back to this gem.

The property is indeed beautiful, and the views are stunning. However, we experienced some discomfort due to the A/C, which remained at 76 degrees (even after trying to adjust) making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The guest bedroom lacked a functioning ceiling fan which exacerbated the heat. Additionally, both toilets had low water pressure, requiring multiple flushes to work properly. These issues affected the overall comfort during our stay, and addressing them would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

Great Weekend with the In-laws in a really nice Condo!

The condo at Aransas Princess was great. It was my wife and her parents on this trip. Access to the beach was perfect. The pools and hot tub were nice. The owner was great, when we did have a problem with water from the kitchen sink, we had a maintenence person in the condo fixing the problem within the hour. Our view was great from the covered balcony. Loved the time. It went way too fast.

Relaxing trip

We spent a few days at the coast, however, we had not stayed in Port Aransas before. The Aransas Princess and this condo were great! We had a direct beach/gulf view. The condo was the right size for our family of four, with a fantastic kitchen, bedrooms, and a balcony were you can spend the day relaxing. There is a grocery store right down the street to pick up provisions. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

Can’t beat the views!

This is a great condo with breathtaking views. The condo complex is conveniently located to everything in town with oceanfront views from the condo. Building staff are friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

NYE get away

This is our 2nd trip to Aransas Princess condominiums. While different condos, this trip was equally Awesome! Property Manager was quick on communication even during Holiday weekend. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and the view of ocean waves from 5th floor balcony - so great! 5stars!!

What a View!

Great location with quick boardwalk beach access. All condos have gulf views and the sound of breaking waves. 24hr front desk staff were very good. Condition of condo also very good. Only wish is that furnishings while almost new were less industrial but I get it…it the beach. Definitely recommend!

The location and the condominium were perfect.

The location to beach was super close. The condominium was beautiful and well stocked with a beautiful view of the ocean. The place is large with ample room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. Loved, Loved, Loved this property.

Room was great but beach access not handicap accessible

Condo was great. It was more than enough room for our family of six. Minor issues were promptly addressed. The kids loved the pool. Beach was close but there was no handicap accessibility. Boardwalks had multiple stairs making it difficult to access the beach.

Perfect Getaway!

Lovely condo!

Great condo…very spacious , stylish and clean! The bedrooms are so separated from each other so one of us staying up late watching t.v. wasn’t disruptive at all. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great location! Will definitely stay there again.

Really nice place!

Everything was great and we had a very nice experience. The only exception was the online listing indicated beach towels are provided. Contacted property manager and was informed since Covid Pandemic, beach towels were no longer provided. Online listing needs to be updated.

Everything was as pictured

This was a last family vacation before our new baby arrives. We wanted a beach front property and that’s exactly what this is. The place was exactly as pictured. With 6 people none of us felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone. We did go at the end of Memorial Day weekend and the beach was packed but the pools were a great escape from the crowd. Ms Martha was always a text a way and was super responsive if we needed anything. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. This was our second stay in Port A and we would definitely stay here again!
