Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We chose the location as we wanted to be outside of Chattanooga. We found it easy to get to all the places we visited including downtown. The house is great and had everything we needed.

Great Location close to Ruby Falls Rock city etc and restaurants the property was in a nice quiet area and the home was nice and clean I would definitely recommend this property.

Great for families

The house is super cute, plenty of space for my husband and myself and our adult kids and spouses. King bed was very comfortable and the 2 queen beds accommodated the other couples comfortably. The location to downtown Chattanooga and other attractions was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed.

Exactly what we were looking for

Our family of older adults, young adults, and toddlers found this property to be a great match for our needs. Lots of livingroom/kitchen space. Lots of bathrooms! Great location to get to the Aquarium, Children's Museum, Splash Pad, and food/ice cream restaurants, but still countryish. Nice backyard up against the woods with firepit and and outdoor seating. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is very convenient to downtown and all the sights, yet feels like you’re out in the country.

Christmas is Chattanooga

The location of this house is very convenient to Lookout Mountain and related attractions. It was easy to find and is as it appears in the photos. The place was Very clean and open concept kept the family together when we wanted to be. Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs is a smart design choice.

Great modern house close to city

We had a wonderful time at this house. My family of 3 together our friends a family of 4 stayed in property for 3 nights. It was very spacious for all 7 of us. It was spotlessly clean. Very new and modern. The rooms weee very well appointed and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We’ve stayed in many rental locations and we’ve never had so many supplies already provided for us. The house is very close to downtown Chattanooga. The Tennessee aquarium was less than 15 minute drive. The back yard was awesome. We roasted marshmallows and the house had sticks laid out already for us. The kids had a great time in back yard. We had a wonderful time. We would certainly stay here again.

Comforting Home

Wonderful property for a family

We stayed here with our three grandchildren for a few days during Spring Break. We had plenty of room, a beautiful view, and the house was a short drive from all the things we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful home & awesome location!!

We absolutely loved this home and its location!! The home is beautiful and well laid out for families. Convenient to downtown Chattanooga (within 10-15 mins); yet in a very serene setting. The backyard is amazing and sitting out in the evenings around the firepit was so nice. The younger kids enjoyed the backyard and exploring. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Fabulous Experience

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were able to check-in a couple hours early, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house offers plenty of towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of utensils/dishes to prepare and serve simple-to-easy difficulty meals. The views from the property were wonderful to enjoy any time of day. It was a very quiet neighborhood that was close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to be peaceful. Our children enjoyed the space to run around and climb and explore the rocks in the back. Check-out was also very simple and didn't require anything beyond stripping the beds and taking out the trash. Again, we loved it and hope to be back.

Location!! ❤️

This is our 2nd stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. Beds and bedding - super comfortable. Large rooms and plenty of room for us to spread out and still enjoy quiet time. Stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, trash bags, etc. Owner was very quick to respond and check on us. It’s the personal touches for us! Close to Lookout Mountain and activities, as well as great places to eat. Not far from the Aquariums, either. We loved the fact that we could take our dog. Plenty of green space. The backyard has a nice firepit area with comfortable seating and a camp/park style grill. The owner had plenty of wood out there so we could enjoy the firepit. We will definitely be back to stay with them again!

Cozy house with easy access

We stayed here with another family. We had four kids total. The house was great and was right off the interstate. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner and had a decent amount of pots and pans. Wish there were more smaller beds for the kids. There was a twin bed with a trundle bed and three larger beds.

Loved it!

This property was just as pictured and just as described. The location was the best! Close to I-24 but you would never know it. There is a gorgeous neighborhood across the street. The property was clean and spacious. The little extra touches were noticed, too. Our pup enjoyed his stay, too. The road in front of the house was a perfect place to walk him each day and lots of grassy areas. The ONLY drawback is that it is right next to a venue (which the listing states). There were events both Friday and Saturday nights of our stay. The music can be heard in the house. HOWEVER, if you go to bed after 10/10:30 like us, it was not a problem as everything was very quiet after that! (Being on the other side of the venue you never had to worry about thru traffic in front of the house) House was CLEAN, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very spacious, and the closets were large. The backyard had a couple of chairs/benches, a fire pit with wood, and a campsite type grill. We enjoyed this area as we cooked out two nights. The area and location was the best. Just a ride down the road to the Lookout Mountain area with so many great local restaurants, a brand new Publix, a Walmart Supercenter, and Food Lion. It took us no time to get to Rock City or even downtown to the aquariums. We loved this property and we will most certainly stay here again when in the area.

Clean and convenient

The place was very clean, and the very convenient location is probably the biggest advantage. Super comfortable beds and furniture. And the property manager is very responsive. We are a family of four but the place can accommodate 10 if you include the sofas so plenty of space.
