Perfect for our family

Three siblings and spouses enjoyed this house for a cousin’s wedding in the area. We love staying at houses instead of hotels, it’s so much more fun! You will have what you need here.

Visit to Pineville NC

Centrally located for our visit. Property was bright and clean. Very comfortable accomodations. I only wish there was more of a instruction book on how to use things... Such as the thermostat, dishwasher and remotes.

Overall a good stay

Overall we had a good stay. No major issues but the house has some wear and tear that could use some very minor fixes/updates. The house was mostly clean although the couch had stains on it and a couple of the sheets had what looked like ink stains on them. The beds were decent although very squeaky with any movement. The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants. Bottom line: the house is fine, could use some love, but overall no issues.

No hot water

We arrived to a car blocking the driveway and older men inside talking loudly. Turned out they were plumbers. That should have been an obvious sign that this house was not up to standard. Property had no hot water, heat doesnt seem to work properly, and the staircase is dangerous. This is an unsafe property and I can't believe VRBO allows it to be listed. The property manager is also very unhelpful. When I told him we had not hot water he was only concerned about oh now you are going to give me a bad review? Well fix the hot water issue so we can shower. We eneded up going to a hotel to shower and the manager refused to give us a refund although he knows there was no hot water. He states we could have went in the garage and used the pliers to fix the hotwater heater. Or maybe he could manage this property better...I guess thats out of the question. Do not book this property! You've been warned!

A pleasant surprise

Driving down to the end of the street initially made me uncomfortable until I got inside the home and it was a game changer! I immediately fell in love with this home. The manager is excellent, he responds very quickly to phone calls and resolves issues immediately. My girls loved the home and the space it afforded them to have a sweet sixteen get together. However, the barn door to the master bathroom should be fixed or completely removed. (Just FYI). Thank you for sharing your lovely home with me and my girls.

This property should be delisted

This home had extensive issues. It was unlivable because even though we set the refrigerator and freezer to the coldest temperature, they were stuck at 65 and 45 degrees respectively. This issue was not addressed during our four-day stay; we lost all the food we had purchased when we arrived. The stairs are not to code and dangerous. I contacted VRBO on day two of our stay; they told me the owner would call to speak with me within five minutes. He never called. I won't detail all of the issues because the owner is a master of deflection - suffice to say that essentials like a hair dryer, paper towels and soap were not present when we arrived - and the owner indicated that they buy supplies like a coffeemaker online, which was of no help to us. I contacted VRBO again a week ago and requested a refund, which has not been forthcoming. Both the host and VRBO have failed the accountability test.

This property was in an ideal location. It is in close proximity to all of the venues we visited. It is located in a nice subdivision. The property was very well kept and clean. My family and I will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in the area.

Passive aggressive owner; no a/c

We booked this stay under the impression that we would have air conditioning. However, that was not true as we were left the entire day and night in a hot house. And when brought up to the owner, they were being passive aggressive.

Pretty good stay. Could improve

We enjoyed the location. For a housing development, everything was quiet. Very pretty home. It was warm though. Temp was set on 74 and you couldn't adjust. Reached out to owner but they never responded. No ceiling fan in living room so we just sweated the entire time. Hard to sleep like that.

Graduation Trip

Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Amazing location. Less $ than two hotel rooms. This has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and in a centralized location to several restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Great communication by owner. We will stay again next time we are in town.

Beautiful home and awesome location

We stayed in this beautiful home over Memorial Day weekend. It was in a great locatioon. Close to shopping and other activities. The neighborhood is very quiet. This home was perfect for my family of 6. Plenty of room and beds. We had everything we needed. We particularly picked this place because of the garage so we could charge our Tesla. Our adaptor could not reach the outlet however we located a Super Charging station 7 min away that had plenty of stalls that was perfect for us especially as we were going home. We will definitely looked to stay here next time we come to Charlotte.

Close to everything

Nice house inside. A bit rough outside but they did mow while we were there. House was missing a few items like trash bags, paper towels that we just picked up at a near by store. Some light bulbs were out (Garage) but nothing major. House worked well for our group and stay.

Perfect Location & Stay!

Exactly as pictured. Near restaurants and stores. We stayed to go to elevation church and it’s literally 5 minutes away. This location was amazing! 10 out of 10 recommend!
