Family vacation

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 3 families, 2 had small children. Pool was lovely. Mature palm trees provided cover from the sun. Fishing off the dock provided hours of fun. Location of the home is within walking distance to the Marina and all it has to offer with outdoor eateries on the water, an outdoor bar and assorted shopping. Property manager was amazing!

Nice locatiin

The house was as described, but dealing with 4 bedrooms upstairs and only 2 full baths upstairs was somewhat challenging. The half bath by the pool has no access from inside the house. Those issues for us may not be for other renters but they should be aware. The kitchen pans and other utensils need some major upgrades. With 12 people we did a lot of cooking at home, and constantly looked for utensils to aide in that regard, but found them to be sorely lacking. Again, the house is beautiful and can easily be enjoyed by a large group.

Peaceful

Beautiful place! Great size for the 10 of us. The kids loved the pool & hot tub- in it every day 2-3 times. Very Clean & stocked with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 12 spent a week at Paradise Villa. We couldn’t have loved it anymore! There was plenty of room for us all to have our own space, but yet when we wanted to be together we could be. We enjoyed the pool area and fishing off of the dock! We had a lot of first time fishermen/women, and they couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Family Vacay

Had a wonderful family vacation with my children & grandchildren in Cape Coral, FL. And this spacious, beautiful home with a gorgeous pool & spa provided the perfect accommodations!! It was great, would definitely recommend for a multi-family vacation!! Beautiful home & neighborhood!!!

Nice house for a family vacation

We do a family trip every year and this house was perfect for our family with the rooms spaced out so everyone had privacy. House was clean and well stocked kitchen (however, could use a good frying pan).

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay here. This home was absolutely gorgeous and the pool was amazing. We spent a majority of our time outside by the pool. Our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is there is a lot of breakable decor. Every table is made of glass all the decorations are glass and everywhere you look there was something that could be easily broke. It was just something we had to worry about with small children. Besides that everything was perfect! If we had any issues with anything someone responded right away and someone was sent out if needed. Our stay was very nice!

2021 Reunion

This was a super vacation for the family. The Vacasa team was great, no issues. The property was as described on line- no surprises. Will definitely book again. Only 2 suggestions to add a garbage can, and an internet ready tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The office was nice for a few of us who had to take calls for work. This is a wonderful property. Thanks to the owners for sharing with us.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Home was exactly as pictured/described. We were a party of 9 and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed except dish towels. The pool was great. It was a bit cold at first and there are no lounge chairs of any kind. They only had rocking chairs and other chairs to just sit in which isn’t ideal for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. The bedrooms were great except one bedroom upstairs for the kids had no window coverings so they were up with the sun each day and we had to move them. The washing machine knob that controls the wash cycle settings was broken so doing laundry was a huge challenge since we had no idea what setting we were using. It required a lot of trial and error and babysitting the machine until we knew we were actually on a wash cycle. Maintenance came to look at it and said it would be fixed but not during our stay. Also, all exterior doors leading to the pool and balconies never stayed closed. When you close one set, all other sets pop open. We had to use heavy chairs to keep the doors closed from the outside thus basically blocking all of them except one main door. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom was incredibly noisy on every setting. It made a clicking sound that made it difficult to sleep. Finally, although the home is a rental property, most closets, cabinets and drawers throughout the home were full of junk and were messy, almost as if the homeowners moved out and just left all their random junk behind that they didn’t want or need. We have never encountered that before in other homes we have rented. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had what we needed. We had a lot of fun. Very beautiful home in a cute neighborhood!

A wonderful family vacation site!

A beautiful home with beautiful, yet simple, decor! We felt very 'at home' here. When we had a problem with the swimming pool, only one phone call was required to receive the help we needed. Eleven members of our family, ranging in age from 7 to 72, enjoyed a wonderful vacation without feeling crowded. Whether fishing from the dock, enjoying the pool, or simply lounging by the pool or inside the beautiful home, everyone was happy! I highly recommend this property.

Stunning Property

Wow! beautiful property. However two negatives, would not allow us to heat the pool. What good is a pool house when the pool is to COLD to get in. Upstairs could use another bathroom.
