É bom, mas tem espaço pra melhorar
Prós - piscina muito boa, ótima área de lazer com mesa de totó, ping pong e sinuca, quartos com ar-condicionado, casa grande e ampla e a anfitriã é bem simpática e solicita. Contra - garagem é muito apertada (mesmo) e preferimos deixar o carro na rua e a casa visivelmente precisa de melhorias em alguns pontos, como em pisos quebrados perto do ping pong / sinuca, portas que agarram no chão e tomadas antigas.

Proprietário atencioso e gente boa! Casa possui 4 quartos com cama de casal, apenas um quarto bem pequeno com cama de solteiro, porém muito espaçosa com cozinha e varandas amplas! Gostei da residência, mesmo ficando à uns 3km da praia.

Pontos negativos: o freezer não estava funcionando, à internet não pega na região. Ponto de melhoria: A casa infelizmente não possui Wi-Fi, que hoje em dia é essencial, principalmente lá que o 3G não funciona.

uma agradável surpresa!
Fomos em um grupo de 15 pessoas para passar o Natal e a casa atendeu bem as nossas necessidades. quartos amplos, com colchões em bom estado de conservação. A área externa é grande com área de churrasqueira, piscina grande e sempre limpa. O Responsável e super atencioso e mantém contato o tempo todo para saber se esta tudo de acordo, isso nos tranquilizou bastante,devido ele ficar a disposição para qualquer problema durante a estadia. a galera gostou muito do imóvel e já saiu planejando voltar, e com certeza voltaremos pois o lugar é muito agradável. Fui surpreendido nunca tinha alugado um imóvel pela internet e como só tinha visto a casa pelas fotos esta apreensivo, mas TODOS fomos surpreendidos pois tudo foi cumprido e a casa era bem o que foi anunciado. isso foi bom por que me deu confiança em arrisca nesse mundo novo.
