Great location and view!

We stayed here for a couple nights right after Christmas and it was just what we needed! Plenty of space, right on Main Street, beautiful view, comfortable bed! Would stay again! Only con was that the unit was a little confusing to get to from the lobby and from Main Street. By the time we figured it out we were departing.

Ski Place to stay

Perfect for us. Loved the box fan and humidifiers. Both beds were comfortable, and I dug the pillows. Really glad we chose this place.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation In Breckenridge and this property certainly contributed to making everything perfect. Our favorite things about this property were: 1. The view from our balcony, 2. The amenities (pool, hot tub, and gym), 3. The location was central to everything.

Breck is the best!

Although the staff at the check in desk were sometimes absent we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We have never been to Colorado and it was so beautiful. Awesome location for shopping and restaurants.

Amazing location, just a short walk to the slopes and town! Murphy bed in the living room is perfect for extra guests. Lots of space and a great balcony. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice visit in mid-June

We had a nice visit. The weather was fairly warm (mid-70s) and had no air conditioning, but it was easy to manage just opening windows to keep it cool inside. The building entrances to the elevators could be made nicer, cleaner and more accommodating. The unit was very nice, especially the bedroom and kitchen, but the couch/sectional was a little uncomfortable when used for more than a short time. The location relative to downtown and the ski village was great!

Girl’s Getaway

All of us are from Colorado but just needed a weekend away. Although it was “off season” we threw axes at Mtn.Axe (super fun!), shopped, ate great food, saw Isak the Troll. Mostly rainy, stormy, days...so we stayed in played games and got comfy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the sound of Maggie’s Pond! Oh...by the way, Pizza at Breckenridge Ale House and Pizza was soooo good!!

Great condo in the best location!

This was our second trip to Breckinridge this winter and our second stay at this same complex. We decided to try a different condo and were not disappointed! The view of the river and mountain was gorgeous! The condo itself was clean and as expected from the pictures. Having the Murphy Bed was great, my son loved it! My only complaints would be that there was only one coffee filter left (we were there for 4 days) and it was the wrong type of filter, so we bought a pack and left them - hopefully the cleaners also left them for the next guests! It would also be nice if the condos were stocked were basic cooking items - salt, pepper, cooking spray - but understand with COVID, that is probably why they are not. Thankfully the washer and dryer worked this time - our last stay they were not working and we had to air dry everything! The location is ideal! Peak 9 is right behind you, literally a 2 minute walk. Christie's Sports is right below where you can rent gear and we used the ski valet this time also, which was so handy! There are also lockers for most of the condos, so if you ask the front desk, you can get a key and store your items in a locker while you ski and it much easier to change our of your ski boots when you drop your skis off at the valet. The sledding hill is just across the street, up the stairs and across the street again. Our son loves going there to sled and play in the snow. You are walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, shops, the main street. Wait times can be long for some of the restaurants, so make reservations when you can. I was super impressed with Vacasa on this stay. A massive winter storm came in and we got stuck an extra day. There were not many options for lodging and after asking the front desk if there any cancellations, they gave me the number to call, and when I called they let me know the condo we were staying in was available for another night and it was such a relief! Not only did we have a place to stay, we didn't have to pack up and leave! Overall another great stay and we will def be back!
