TBH, the property is showing it's age. It certainly doesn't measure up to othe Ritz Carlton properties we've stayed at. What was consistent though, was the very amicable and professional staff. Top notch people. For the price, we will stay at the Intercontinental or other similar property for a significant drop in price with similar service.

Classy hotel
Hotel is very centrally located and perfect for both business and a romantic getaway. Have stayed there twice and would stay again. Close walk to Bourbon Street, but removed enough to not hear all the noise. Close to street car stops, for ease of getting to Garden District and other sights. The bar is a great place to finish the evening or night. The concierge is very helpful.

Marriott app based communication was terrible. Multiple requests went unattended. Sofabed was so bad and not usable. Each room charges were all separately charged. Total bill came late. Gold elite previlages were denied
