It was VERY difficult to get hot water for handwashing or bathing. I had to turn on the hot water for about 20 - 30 minutes before it got warm enough to bathe. I had to go to numerous floors to get ice (only available on odd floors). The ice machines were not operable on numerous floors. The Expedia listing said the property had a Spa. They did not. When I complained to the front desk clerk about the water issue and the ice machines, he said something along the lines that "if they paid me better" he would do something to resolve the problems. At numerous times there was no one manning the front desk. When I went to check out, no one was there, so I just left my room keys on the desk.

Overall, the closeness to a variety of places to eat, its closeness to the convention center and cruise departures makes the spot great. The staff are amazing and rays of sunshine (shoutouts to Reuben!). Check in was a breeze and valet was quick. The condition of the rooms themselves are perfectly serviceable, but not perfect (as an example, a bulb in the bathroom was out and the pull out mirror light didn’t light up either). Overall though, I would definitely book again!

The hotel was situated close to the French Quarter. The only problem I had was the toilet had to be repaired twice. It worked properly after the last repair.

It was close to the French quarter and was near a lot of the sightseeing in the city. However, I did get shocked on my hand on two separate occasions from the power outlets in my bathroom when I was reaching to turn on the light. Also, the room was really dark and cold, even with the lights turned on. The staff was friendly and helpful and when the tv wasn’t originally working, staff sent a maintainence worker who fixed the problem no more than 15 mins after I made the request.

There for a work conference. Rooms were nice, had a refrigerator & microwave. I noticed on the last day. It was quiet. Staff were nice. Convenient location.

Staff was very friendly! Just couldn’t find ice machine, only on 2 floors. Room had a certain odor to it. We didn’t get any face towels on the first day. And top lock on door didnt ok! It was and ok room! Could have been better for $420 for 2 nights
