Weekend in Annapolis for USNA event

Overall it was a convenient place to stay in Annapolis. It’s a lovely, quaint historical site with adequate space for 4 couples. Because of the age of the property there were a few minor issues. The VRBO hosts were kind and quick to respond to any problems we encountered. As stated in the listing, one parking spot is provided pretty far offsite. Knowing that, we chose to park and self pay in a closer garage.( old folks). Street parking is very limited. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. USNA is close enough distance to walk. Definitely could stay there again. (Wi-Fi on second floor was a bit weak and shower in one bath is tricky to operate, but host sent video to show correct technique.)

Had a great time in Annapolis with the family! Could walk to Mainstreet, Parking, Waterfront most of what Annapolis had to offer. Loved the unique design! Heartily recommend it!

Nice home. When we booked it did not mention how far away the parking was. Would be nicer if you could get it closer. Window in large bedroom needs a shade to block streetlight. Had to put up a towel to block it. Would have liked to have had hair dryers supplied.

Away for Croquet

We love books and this property had a wide variety on the shelves, just like home. Plenty of room, down stairs for reading and upstairs for sleeping. Quiet, centrally located, short walking distances to main street, city docks, restaurants, St. Johns College(for the annual croquet match vs. Navy) and bookstores.

Cute place in heart of Annapolis

In town for a wedding with 6 friends. Pros: Right in the middle of everything, plenty of space and bathrooms*. Very cool historic feel. Cons: Parking pass included but the spot is a 10 min walk. Host was able to grant an earlier check in by an hour, any earlier would have cost money (understandable). *2 bedrooms with a bathroom, and the room with the pull out couch had a bathroom. That room also had doors for privacy if someone needed to sleep on the couch.

Perfect Blend of Convenience and Comfort

Located within walking distance to the main shopping and dining areas, this cute place also has plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had two families so the four bathrooms was a big plus. On top of that, the managing agent was easy to reach and very responsive.

Awesome location and very clean

5 star stay, I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, love that it was pet friendly, and very clean. It is only like 2 blocks from the main street with everything in Annapolis so that was lovely. The area in general felt very safe and it was great being able to walk to everything. A few things to note just to set expectations, again none of these would stop me from staying here again, but may be helpful for others to know ahead of time. The house is historic and very cool, just note that it comes along with some creaks here and there as would any house that has been around for a long time. A couple of the showers are pretty tight with not a ton of room, but it was great being able to have separate bathrooms for everyone in the party. The house is a total of 3 floors, with the basement level being an owner suite that is off limits to house guests.

Sweet Location

10 Year Anniversary Getaway with the Whole Family

I cannot say enough good things about the location of this property! We parked our car and didn't pull it back out the entire trip! Everything was within a 10 minute walk and that's with carrying a 2 year old. The house itself was charming and exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved it! They had a great book selection for kids as well as movies and coloring books. The candy shelf was also a great hit! Absolutely loved our time. Thank you!!

Great location!

Our group of four ladies were in the area to enjoy some sightseeing. There are three bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and a fold out futon downstairs in the library. We all had our own bathroom, so it was great! It was the perfect location to be able to walk to the many places in and around the downtown Annapolis area.

Great Spot for Annapolis Getaway

We loved our VRBO right in the middle of Annapolis. It was a great location and great space for hanging out together as a family, getting some work done in the library and great bedrooms. We hope to be back some day soon!

Heart of Annapolis

We were expecting—and got—one of those super charming homes in the heart o Annapolis. This place was just a couple minutes walk to the State house and to the harbor. It was a comfortable place for our family of seven. Everything worked. Parking was great for one of our cars. We had a second car, and the garage was a bit of a hike. Overall, great memories from a great weekend!

Amazing Property, great location and accommodations!

This property is conveniently located close to restaurants and the pier. It offers the convenience of parking for two cars. One is street parking and the other one is in a parking garage close by. The property is beautiful and well maintained, includes all you may need during your stay. Even the linens are highly end luxurious. Pet friendly and ample space. We can’t wait to be back soon!! This property is highly recommended! Management team was great and responsive.

All around great place!

The two best things about this house were the location and the living room. We are six women who wanted to spend time catching up and walking. The living room was spacious and the house was walking distance to everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location and really unique home. Short walk to the waterfront but still very quiet. Glad I checked about parking as well - we were able to utilize both street and garage parking and it worked really well.
