Good location, very dirty
This is a beautiful property but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. Especially for a property that charges a high cleaning fee. Some of it was the natural dirt from an old house but there are other aspects that are easily fixed. The dishes were sticking to the cabinet. The dish drain was so disgusting that we couldn't use it. We saw one pot that clearly had collected dust for a while and decided not to even attempt to cook. There were hairs left over on the bathtub. The backyard had a lot of trash and debris all over the grass. Luckily we didn't have any children with us or this property would not have been suitable. We just knew to clean everything before touching it. We picked this property for the location and that was good, close to downtown and the art museum. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. But due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay here again.
