The villa is in a great location. Anthony is a great host and answered all of my queries. The villa is spacious. The pool is smaller than it looks but is adequate depending on how many guests there are. There is only one oven which we found difficult with 8 of us. The hot tub is a welcome addition. A very enjoyable week.

Great stay in Costa Adeje

Anthony was marvellous at sorting out any issues. It is a beautiful Villa, central to everything. The stay would have been if better with these small additions. 1) A small welcome pack, even just bottles of water to after travelling for half day. AnInformation booklet about the property, which is huge, such as how hot tub works and its times. and how window blinds work in upper bedroom. This would all have helped us make more use of everything without calling Anthony. But he was very helpful anyway. Would come again. information booklet informa oeven

Host is amazing. Couldnt do enough for us. Funny happy go lucky. Very friendly and happy to help us with any needs. Dishwasher broke. Within 3hrs a new one arrived and plumbing done. The villa was amazing for us. The whole family felt safe. Even around the pool. Beach only 5 mins walk. Loads of shopping locations and Anthony the host told us the best places to visit. We will be booking again soon and staying at same villa. Superb all round.

Fantastic family time

Location is fab villa so well kitted out we were short of absolutely nothing young to old we all loved it Anthony is a fab host have stayed in a villa of his before and hope to do so again No one was checking in the day we left so Anthony let us keep the villa until 3 pm when last guests left for airport Thank you so much

Excellent stay

Villa was lovely, decor a bit tired but it had everything you needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Hottub and pool was a bonus. Anthony the host was spot on from beginning to end. Had a few issues with hottub but was sorted without any problems. Definitely recommend.

Lovely house, ideal location for beach, shops and restuarents. The garage was a good asset for hire cars. The house was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed, but we thought the property could do with some basic TLC

Had a lovely time with family .Children enjoyed the pool. House needs a lot of TLC but fine for a houseful of children. Not too worried about breakages etc. Needs teaspoons! Good location for beaches and bars/cafes/restaurants

Spacious and comfortable villa

Very spacious and comfortable, pool was good. A few minor issues which were corrected immediately. Slight downside was that not all bedrooms were air conditioned which I expected. Description did not say there all were but it says airconditioned villa. It wasn't a deal breaker Good location with a 15 min walk to beach and restaurants

Family holiday 2023

There was 9 of us ,the villa was outstanding large,roomy,clean,great situation. Pool ,gardens good looked after twice a week by lovely gent, so polite. Overall we had no complaints. Anthony our host was a really nice man ,I called him a few times whilst we were there ,he resolved all our queries no problem. Would definitely recommend & hopefully us this or one of these properties again.

Family new year

We had a great holiday, villa was very clean and was within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. It had everything we needed. Pool was great and well maintained. Property was in need of a little TLC but nothing that made any difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Villa with a superb host. The only negatives would be good to have mirrors in the bedroom and a few more knives, forks and mugs as not enough for 12 of us. But other than that absolutely superb.

Amazing Villa

The villa was excellent, very clean, modern and spacious. We were 11 family members ranging from age 4 to 77, there were so many private outdoor spaces that it was easy to get some quiet time if that’s what you wanted. The location was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The host was brilliant with communication from the minute we booked.
