Overall thrilled with the house. It's very new, very comfortable, offers many amenities. Please provide coffee and tea, it's not a big effort and makes a difference. Homes with owners as renters have all of these wonderful personal touches, homes with a company like Vacasa managing have none. Couldn't beat the price, so it was a trade off. Bit of a communication frustration with trying to find out if driveway (long) would be plowed as this weekend was a huge snowstorm. One representative told us to dig ourselves out because plowing wasn't on the list of amenities. Ha! In the end, the plow was there bright and early and there is this really cool contraption that keeps the outside steps cleared from heat. Amazing! Vacasa should do a better job of understanding the area and environment. Clearly, one representative didn't know what snow was or how you have to navigate getting in and out of of property in a mountain town. Common sense. So overall I would say it was worth it, but the communication and trouble shooting by Vacasa was less than stellar.
