Lovely house but a few major issues
House is listed to sleep 10 however only enough hot water for 5 quick showers and not even in cold weather. Oven didn’t work and my menu involved baked dinner which was impossible on BBQ. Tv needed a pin which was not supplied. Lots of wasps nests, bird droppings and spider webs outside around house which required cleaning before we could use the space. Inside was clean, beds comfy however not that well stocked with basic essentials. Beautiful property and outlook. Difficult to get response from property manager regarding oven issues. Part refund was provided for inconvenience but no one was available to fix the issue when needed.

Great spot and the wifi was great if wfh
The serenity is amazing, the dog enjoyed the freedom, we drove to the local pool for a swim and got to play tennis locally. Very peaceful, no unnecessary contact take time to enjoy the stars but find a way to keep the mozzies away

Country Tranquility Relaxation Weekend
House was lovely, especially for our two families, great outdoor space to sit and watch the sun go down over looking the rolling hills. Layout of house was great with bedrooms on each end of the house which gave each family privacy. The house is located 10 minutes out of Orange which was perfectly positioned to really feel like you where in the quiet of the country but only a short drive to wineries and the centre of town.

Amazing
No disappointments from us. Very clean, modern, beautiful outlook and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would be staying here again. Staff are very helpful. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Great Christmas in July getaway

We stayed here in the April school holidays. The owners had thought of everything and the house was warm and easy to stay in. The surrounds were beautiful and the whole family and dog had a fabulous time.

June Long Weekend Getaway
This was a family and friends getaway for the June long weekend '22. 3 X couples, 2 x singles. 5 bedrooms used for the weekend. I had expressed some concerns regarding the recent reviews on the Stayz site about the property and had emailed the bnb property managers and was informed that if anything needed attending they would be available to communicate with during our stay. The property is lovely, it's clean and for us it was perfectly located with pretty, country views. Our family and friends like to go for runs and walks and the private roadway in this mini farm subdivision gave us a 7km loop without any traffic and lots of farm animals to look at along the way. There was a gorgeous horse Tyson at the end of the driveway belonging to the neighbouring property which received lots of pats and carrots from us. The house is modern, clean, stylish and looks exactly like the photos. We cooked all our meals at home, the big dining table and kitchen were perfect. It was too cold for a bbq but the outdoor entertaining area looks very inviting. The fireplace had plenty of wood and the general supplies of everything in the house was great. A few problems: The toilet door handle was broken when we arrived, which was the share bathroom for 5 x people and when we immediately contacted the BNB property manager they said it couldn't be fixed while we were there - the earliest they could get someone out was Monday when we were leaving. We had to come up with our own interim solution for the door which was not ideal and we had to spend some time doing a quick repair while we were there on holiday. The property would benefit from an extra toilet for the number of people it can accommodate. There was no electric blanket on one of the beds and given that the rooms are cold at night this was a problem for the guest who had that room. The drain was blocked in the share bathroom and one of the guests had to lift the drain and pull out the large lump of hair from previous guests which was very unpleasant but needed to be done to have a functioning shower. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch on arrival. We had booked a local tour company for a wine tour - Country Food Trails and that added to our fun time in Orange. The property is pet friendly and one of the guests had brought their greyhound and that worked just fine. If you are visiting, check to see if the Orange markets are on. Restaurants need to be booked well ahead.

Fit for purpose - large groups
The house is very nice and modern, the property managers were very responsive which was appreciated. Compared to some other stays the property is very bare with only the most basic things there. We had to ask for fire wood and gas for the bbq as it was not present on arrival. There was very little essentials in the pantry so make sure to bring everything with you. The TV didn’t work properly/easily. The property was modern however it was clear that it was put together at low cost as some of the fittings were already falling apart. Overall it was fit for purpose and easily accommodated our entire family + medium sized dog quite comfortably. The fact that it was pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good property and did the job however as noted compared to some other properties I have stayed in it was lacking the care, attention to detail, and finer touches that is common in other holiday rentals.
