Parking was a nightmare no customer service available before checkout time mold in the shower curtains light fixtures were broken cable and tv didnt work

The only good thing I have to say about this property is the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. It's only a block away. Other than that, the room was terrible, starting with the front door that had a gap from the bottom of the door to the threshold. There was a mildew smell as soon as we entered the room. The bathroom is old and in desperate need of an upgrade. The "clear" plastic faucet knobs for the tub were filled with mold and should be replaced immediately. A small television was mounted crookedly on the wall there was only a remote for the cable box which did not control the tv. There was a huge side-by-side full size refrigerator in the room which ate up a lot of space. The pool area had potential but unfortunately something must have been wrong with the pump because the water was green. Overpriced and substandard accommodations.

What is supposed to stay Thursday and Friday? Wound up staying Thursday? Leaving Friday morning and so somewhat frustrating but it is what it is.

Arrived a little early, no one in the office, place was unkept, Rusty walls, people were scrapping the walls paint chips all over the area where you walk upstairs. It looked more like a homeless shelter. Did not see any staff cleaning rooms. Also hotel sent a disclaimer which we did not sign stating they would not be responsible for theft or personal injuries. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.Felt unsafe, called Travelocity to request a refund and they said they will check into it and offered me $15.00. We paid $141.00 for the night. Had to scramble and find another place to stay which costs me $214.00. Travelocity needs to step up and give us a credit in full .

CHECK IN WAS DISORGANIZED, PARKING WAS COMPLICATED. EXTREMELY NOISEY, AND NOT VERY SECURE.SO LOUD WE COULD NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. .
