Convenient location in New Kingston and access to the airport. Ample parking for cars Reception area and lounge Dining area decor Poor attention to quality of breakfast, outdated room, fire risk room doors and noise from floor corridors and street traffic.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room. The shower size, water pressure and water temperature were superior. We were pleasantly surprised with the room upgrade. Location of the hotel was in close proximity to other attractions in the area which were within walking distance!!

Location: Central location close to restaurants
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent like the local food choices. Overall excellent service.

As good as before

i previously stayed at the Courtleigh in 2008. I was as impressed with the cleanliness, outstanding customer service and courtesy of the staff this visit as I was then. I was disappointed that they had no rooms with hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was good but had none of the traditional Jamaican dishes which was available for purchase.

Pleasant

The Cortleigh Hotel is quite pleasant. The room is big, It comes with e 5 CuFt empty refrigerator which helps on the cost of beverages and snacks. The breakfast buffet is adequate, except that they sometimes serve hard boiled eggs in the shells as the only egg option. The front desk staff is exceptional. My only problem was one night the a/c did not cool at all. It was fixed the next day after it was reported.
