Country Inn and Suites was once synonymous with quality, this particular one was not! The room was NOT ready for 2 people, only one face towel and one blanket. I asked for these items, it took all day for them to provide. The lamp shades were broken (i have pics). The pics on the website are not representative of the room I was in. Will not stay ever again...do not recommend.

Liked the look of the building but noticed beer bottles and whiskey bottles thrown on the lawn area, was not picked up in the two days we were there

Whirl pool tub was in poor condition. Had to wait almost 10 min to be checked in to hotel because clerk wasn’t at desk. Room was outdated and seemed to be way nicer online. Smelled kinda odd

I had no hot water for the first two days of my stay and finally got moved to a room with hot water because I demanded my money back or a room with hot water. The staff said there was a problem getting hot water to the fourth floor and then said I needed to turn the lever the opposite direction (I already had), then said they were renovating and ... and ... and... Lots of excuses, but if they KNOW they can't get hot water to certain rooms, they shouldn't rent those rooms.

I believe our room was recently painted, as their was still painter's tape on the door handles to the bathroom. The room smelled clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to, and their was a sonic close by that we grabbed a snack at, without having to go out into any traffic.
